Always facing server problem page cannot display
Whenever I login to the reliance home page it get connected but later on the google, yahoo, rediff, orkut youtube this all site shows page cannot be displayed and the customer care are just good for nothing no response no quick action person tells me that it will workout within one hour that one hour is done within 48 hours its sad am not sure whom shall i complaint.

Deactivate without prior information
My connection deactivate on 16-7-08 to 26-7-08 without prior information. Bills were not delivered on my address till date even written complaints made on web world at palwal. On 16.7.08 at 8:24pm through SMS from reliance inform me for deactivation of my out going calls and on the same date at 9:27 pm by SMS inform me about my bill amount. it is a example of service of Reliance.

Caller tune deactivation
Company activated the caller tune themselves I haven't requested to activate the caller tune, but I tried so many times to complain but I m not able to talk with customer care. Plz help me to get out of this problem.

Telephonic atticate
I had applied for Net-Connect on 11-Aug-08. My address & other details were verified by the next day noon. I was curious enough to know the status of my application & also wanted to update on their executive's visit. I called up on the number 080-32915151 which was provided by the representative there in the unit on the first day. I had a good response over the call & was asked to visit the branch today to collect the modem Etc. But today, when i called up at the same number, a person (i don’t want to call him a professional executive) by name Balaji picks up & shouts at me saying how i got this number & used rubbish language saying that the number i had dialed was of a video conferencing. How do i know that? The same team responded over to my previous call on the same number. Further, the UN professional idiot, doesn’t even have a courtesy to provide me the exact number to call, rather he shouts at me saying I need to contact a call center or get the number through website. Can the team, balaji in particular, be trained on the telephone atticate?

Poor service
I have been complaining from last 4 months for the devotional pack activated on my mobile no-9322114577, I have called the customer care several times but no proper response from any customer care representative (CSR). The CSR says there is no Devotional Pack, but every month Rs.30 is been deducted from my mobile no-9322114577. The last call which i called today - 11/08/2008, the CSR has kept the call on hold & then disconnected it. It is the concern of poor service & unnecessary deduction of money where as I have never use the service.
Please do the needful,

Drop the call
When i receive the call the call is cut after 2 min. It happened 3 or 4 time.

My phone calls have been barred and i am continuously visiting web world and callin customer care but no results.I dont know whom to contact to unbar my services.

Reliance mutual fund
I want to close my SIP of reliance power diversified fund folio no.40586238026 opened through indiainfoline. I want to close it as i am a combatant soldier of indian airforce and gets posted from one part to any other part of the country at any time. As i was in bangalore 3 months back, i got posted with immediate effect to border of india at kutch, gujrat. As there are no bank facility available there i am unable to continue it, i projected the same problem at Indiainfoline at New Bel Road in bangalore, instead of helping me out they are misbehaving and asking questions 'why i opened if i have to close it' they gave me few forms to fill before i was moving from bangalore to close the SIP and assured me that it will take not more then 1 month, but till date nothing has happened!

Not get full facility which was said
I had bought a reliance prepaid simcard from a reliance shopkeeper for Rs. 300/- he said to get the whole life incoming, 10 rs talk time and 195 rs stv tariff. After activation i did not get a95 stv facility now he is saying that it is not my fault its company fault. He said that simcards last date is 31.july.2008 n i had submitted all formalities on 30. july 2008, so what i have to do now. Plz help me my new no. is 9305251434!
