For additional cylinder connection
I have registered application for second gas cylinder connection at EXCEL Gas agency (Bharat Gas) Turbhe Navi Mumbai.
currently I possess only one gas cylinder and since I have 5 family members, it is not sufficient.
on finishing and after booking for refill of single cylinder we have to wait for 4- 5 days and creats tremendous inconvinience and monitory loss as well.
on contineous chase up with agency, there is no resopnce or steriotype answer like, company authorities are not sanctioning the connection.
request to look into and resolve.

Reliance Mobile Life time Card
My friend's reliance mobile lifetime card mobile no 09832372834 is purchased from Siliguri. They are now transferred to Itanagar of Arunachal Pradesh. The lifetime card is not working here. When contacted Itanagar Reliance people are asking Rs 1000+ Service charges and Customer care NE shillong says they have to go to Siliguri/WB to use it. Just imagine to use the life time card U have to be in Siliguri or WB all the time.Again to cite an example they used the card in Taminadu with of course recharge vouchers.

Why can't the number be transferred to to NE? If it cannot be done why was it not explained earlier? Do't U feel this bad for your company? I astonish what is the catch in NE ? I am surprised the way Reliance is handling Customer's money. Will U do something or the same reply of using the card in Siliguri or WB will be repeated. Please reply fast. We plan to go to the court after we receive your reply. Regard!

Wll instruments(wireless landline)
I have WLL Conection i.e Landline wirefree from Reliance Communication and the InstrumentI m using is not having Modem for internet usage for which i have demanded them to change my instrument and for the same i have made the complaint in september 2006 and than againin june and jully and in august again but their is no reply only they say verbly that their is shortage of the instruments.as reliance is the big company it is very samefull to here so.

Hi all,

I am the customer of reliance from year 2000, my number is 9370125745 wich is not active. Actually, 2 months before my service was disconnected and I contacted Web World and they asked me to submit the address an identity proof which I submited and my service was activated. But now its again disconnected and I again went to reliance Web World and asked the resion and they again asked me to submit the documents which I again submitted. The customer care representative said that the service will start within 48 hrs todat its almost 1 week and the service is still in deactivated status.

WLL handset not available in web world .
Its been worst supply chain , No web world having any WLL
instrument to replace the old one . where as for new connection they have . i am been trying for one week .
After that customer care assuring to give a instrument i have not got that . They are available for high price through
some local shops as web world not having the stocks .
If company are not able to supply or have a stock of instrument its better to discontinue or not to promote this service .

number change
I have hyderbads number 9397665911, which i want convert here at mumbai cluster. i went to reliance webworld at shivaji park near dadar mumbai, they forced me to rechagre 200 rs. then my number will be changed. Its 15 days older story, still i dint get number changed. i went at that webworld 5 times. every time they told me it' ll done today, but that today didn't come yet. yesterday they told me if u can't get service THROW YOUR MOBILE IN TO DUSTBIN....!!! thats the story of RELIANCE, which is no more reliable...!! My honest suggestion to all PLZ DONT BUY RELIANCE MOBILE. its the wqorst service in the world. Mr. Anil Ambani, are u listening..? throw ur company into dustbin ... if u'll not do it, ur costmors will surely do it..

TOTAL FAILURE OF SERVICE
Reliance as an organisation is totally dystunctional.
It took 2 months from the time of my application till the service got installed.
Things keep getting stalled and I had to keep chasing and calling.

Next, WIMAX as a service is totally unreliable. After 3 days, the connection was down for more than a month! Since then it has come on and off. I have not experienced a single day of smooth uninterrupted connection. Sometimes signal is so unreliable I can hardly refresh a webpage before it goes off again.

Customer care service is horrendous. The 'helpdesk' is totally hopeless. I have made countless calls, practically everyday. I get put on hold and sometimes cut off and have to call back again and again.
Each time I speak to a different officer , and have to repeat my problem again. And all this is at the expense of my STD bills.
No matter what my complaint, each time I speak to different officer who gives the same standard response. They apologise, promise to forward the message and promise that my problem will be solved and DEFINITELY someone will attend to my problem and call me back. This has only happened once!
Reliance 'protocol' will not allow them to put me in touch with previous staff whom I had spoken to. Promises can be easily made but there is not way to hold anyone accountable in this faceless system.

If this is the only customer face of Reliance, I sought to get the contact of a higher authority to speak to regarding the ineffectiveness of the Helpdesk itself. Needless to say there is no standard programmed response to that and so they refuse to direct me to any other authority who can address this issue.

The personnel I had contacted for the installation had promised a waiver given the non-provision of service. Even that message could not be properly communicated to the billing department, who have been calling me.

I have been writing to the Customer complaint email provided, '[email protected]' and even that comes with a standard computerized acknowledgement, promise that they would respond very soon. Eventually when I do get a response its yet another standard promise that my problem would be resolved with no definite timeline from the general email address.

Another issue of complaint - This week, a servicemen had contacted me saying they had been sent by Reliance to ‘check my connection’ and 4 men arrived at my apartment, and after some probing I realized they were not from Reliance but were from Telsima, the providers of the antennae equipment. According to them, Mr Suresh M from Reliance had given them my address for testing of their equipment. They had used my computer and done some testing, and in the process claimed they realigned roof antennae which was improperly installed. They claim this to be the reason for my reception problems. Network was restored for a few hours after they came but was down again after.
I was never informed by Reliance and had not authorised any such testing. They did not have any namecards or any proof of authorization from Reliance. The only information I could get is from an identity pass and a part note from Reliance (see attached photos). After speaking with the personnel from installation Ms Geetha, she acknowledged such a situation should not have happened and was supposed revert with an explanation from the Mr Suresh who had given out my address. It has been a week, I have not heard from her and my calls have not been answered.

I am in a totally helpless situation and at the mercy of this service provider. There is no forum to lodge any complaint that will be addressed. What does it take to get basic internet connection here??

BroadNet Connection
I filled my form on 25 Sept 2007 for migration from Reliance Powersurfer to BroadNet till date the same is not done.. i have made several calls to helpline and was bluntly told please don't call us for technical issues.... the numbers given by helpline are always to those person who dont look into my area........
The sales head, Mr Nanad Kumar dosent has a courtesy to call and update me and The sales head of Mumbai Mr Anil Kumar Nair dosent picks up the phone...........My application id is 237199091691............Please help me i have wasted lot of time and money in follow up but in vain
