Reliance gobbled up my deposit
Reliance telecom is a cheat, a thief.
When I took a new postpaid connection (no : 9342411737) the Reliance charged about Rs 1500 more than the actual bill of the calls that had made. When I contacted the customer service, they said that the extra amount is charged as a advance deposite. It will be refunded when I terminate the connection.
My mobile went out of order and I stopped using that mobile. So I gave a request to terminate the connection on 14 Jul 07.I cleared all my dues. When I asked the reliance outlet about the advance deposit, they said that there is no advance deposit. They don't collect the advance deposit for the mobile, they collect the advance deposit only for the landline. I asked him to check the database about the amount i had paid on my first bill. He said they dont have that information. That guy asked me bring the first bill (Which i paid about 18 months back, I dont have that) . He asked me to contact the customer service (*333) . They may be able to help. The customer service says that the outlet will help you and they cant do anything and the outlet says that the customer service will help you and they cant do anything. It a nice ping pong game they they are playing since three months and they haven't terminated the connection. Every month they are charging 400 Rs and asking me to pay this new amount.
They dont want to refund my advance deposit on the other hand they weant me to pay the Rs 850 for the connection which they should have terminated.
Thiefs, cheat... Their company will go down the drains.

Fraud & cheating!
I had 1.45 rs balance in my mobile.it was gone with out my knowledge. Then i got recharged with 20rs and get nearly 14 rs. I had very experience with reliance. So i kept away and just using as there is validity but again i found 5rs deducted without my knowledge. I came to know from customer care i have not maintained min balance for 3days and 2rs for subscribing caller tunes (daily 1rp). I am conscious and and sound in health and educated (PG) man. For subscription for caller tunes i have to send sms but neither i called nor send any sms. It is evident from call and message history and in turn that bloody customer care people well trained by that reliance company argued that i have subscribed by sending sms. I later realized that 1.45rs deducted also a foul play to squeeze money in the form of not maintaining min balance.this is the fate of reliance customer.
Squeezing money from common people in an unethical and became billionaire and get a place in FORBES BILLIONAIRE LIST. In fact the AMBANI GROUP is having worst of its kind (RECORD)in earning money in an unethical way.

Delay in getting connection!
As per my experience I have submitted my documents to concern person on 8th Aug. After that I used to call each and every day to sales executive where I got different different reasons for delay. After Around one month I got came to know that cheque should be of local bank. After that there is no news even those people are not picking up my phone. This is really very bad example of irresponsibility.
As I have already paid money I can not go for other companies for it and I am not getting this connection also.
Please do not go for Reliance communication.

Fraud and cheating!
I am having reliance mobile connection bearing number chennai 938 28 42 379 and having the connection for more than 2 years. I received a bill containing a huge amount towards various numbers not made by me. I did not pay the same and one fine day a representative from reliance visited my office and offered to waive the huge amount if i a pay Rs.3000/ which i immediately paid and obtained the receipt for the same. Till now my mobile is not reactivated and any call to customer care not yielding any result and the fact is that the mobile no 938 28 42 379 is alloted to some one else now.

Poor service!
I have taken RIM (09343367611) last month only and my plan is NJ249 (BLR). While I was in roaming(Kerala), I was unaware of rates. I called the Cust care and Ive been informed that all the outgoing calls will be charged as I were in BLR (RIM to RIM 0.20/ min and RIM to other mob - 0.40/min). This inquiry happened on 18th Aug 2006 (b/w 6.30 AM and 7.30 AM). So I made the calls accordingly while I was in roaming. But as soon as I got the bill I got shocked. All my outgoing calls charged 1.40 /min. and I had around 400-500 Rs extra charged in the bill beyond my calculation. After that I made a call to Cust care last week and I didn't get any satisfactory answer for this. If cust care don't know the rates, why they misguiding customers?? They could have admitted that they are unaware of it.

Wrong recharge
The retailer of reliance stores has recharged my no with wrong amount and i have lost lots of money but no one is there to hear the complains, please help.

Poor service!
I am using three postpaid mobile service of reliance with indicators 9364411230, 9364411240 and 9364411250. These are answer LIFE 900 plan with CUG. On seeing the bill dated 11-07-2007 for all the nos I found they got charged for the calls made between the said three numbers though I was having CUG among these numbers. Immediately under protest I submitted a letter to their customer care center at Erode, Tamil Nadu to surrender my service and for which I got an acknowledgment dated 25-07-2007. So far neither my grievance has been heard nor they contacted to redress my grievance requesting to waive the calls' charges made among the said three number.

Reliance fraud
Last month I had recharged my account with Rs 777 E-recharge which gave Rs 692 talk time and 1 year validity, but only Rs 99 were credited to my account instead of Rs 692.
Than I recharged my account with Rs 100 and my balance was Rs100.30 paise, now it's just 30paise within 3 days though I have not made a single call or send any message.
Still my balance of Rs592+Rs100 is yet to be credited.
Even in free sms scheme amount of my main balance gets deducted for sms send and when we complaint they tell deducted amount will will be credited back soon.They also send an sms stating that amt has been credited, but actually amt is not credited back at all.
Moreover my RIL post paid bill is overcharged every month by Rs 10.And when we complaint we get just 1 word "sorry".There may be many who are paying their overcharged bill without any complaint. And RIL is making big bucks out of it.
Every month i have to face this similar problem. I am not sitting idle at home and waste my time, money and efforts.Every month after recharge i have to visit web world atleast 5-6 times because of balance problem. And even for a small recharge they take about 30 minutes.Customers are just kept waiting.
I have also found few more customers who are also facing similar problem of balance being deducted without being used and there may be many more who are facing this problem.
Its management is worse than the government organization. Web world services are third grade and salesmen are rude and have no product knowledge. If we complaint, salesmen tell it's not their problem that amount got deducted. Than who the hell is responsible??? It's their duty to note down our complaint and solve it. Injustice is being done to consumers and now it's really high time that we raise our voices against the injustice being done.
Customers are not slave of reliance. Today reliance is there because customers are there. And it won't take time for customers to change to other service providers.

Fake adds!
I had recharge my cell phone LG RD2690 with E recharge of Rs60. The 60 top up of INDEPENDENCE day offer in which Rs 60 talktime+60 local SMS is provided. But I got only Rs 45 as my talktime and no SMS.On contacting Customer care, they told that after 48 hrs, extra talktime+Sms will be included any how. But it is going to about 30+ hrs and nothing has happened.

Wrong recharge
I called up Reliance Customer Care and asked them whether I can recharge the 280 STD Calling card using ICICI Internet Banking. They told me that I can make the payment using ICICI Internet banking and recharge the 280 STD calling card, When I recharged the same, they recharged in main account with 276Rs Plan instead of STD Calling Card account. I logged a complaint. But they are not ready to listen. Now they say that it cant be done by banking.
If anyone from reliance is listening.
