Poor service!
I will advice to Indian people. Please do not take any mobile connections from RIM, because they are cheating with the customer like if you have post paid connections and if you are submitting your ID proff & residence proof they will ask you every alternate month to do the sane work to submit document or your phone will not work until u do so.

Data card not activated
I am working in a Private company, I took Reliance Data Card last week and till now its not been activated. The response i received from reliance guys are very very bad. I hope any one can help me in this! I don't no how to teach them lesson.

Fake charges!
This is to express my frustration for the RIM Prepaid, I took one number from them on 12th June 2007 (it comes with 7 days validity along with it) and recharged the same for one month validity (Rs 205 Recharge Card), I got the SMS confirming the same from them which says that the account is recharged and it will expire on 12th July. I was happy. Then I started getting SMS after two days from them saying that the account is expiring on 19th of June which is just one week free validity given from them along with the number taken. I went to the place where I took the number from and they say that they don't deal with these issues and the customer care ppl say that they cant help it... Its not a matter of 205 rs instead the poorest service that they can provide. Where do I go for this?? I have no clues!!

Harrassing phone calls
Somebody yesterday some time in the afternoon called me from 080-30776100 asked me whether I am interested in taking a new reliance post paid connection for which I refused since then I am getting calls very often and when I try to answer the call no one responds from the other end. Today just within the afternoon I got 5 calls from 3:52 - 5:09 Pm and they irritate so much and disturbing me in my work.
I think some thing needs to happen otherwise these guys will fool around with many more people like me.

New cell not activated
This is a worst company in servicing of mobiles. It's really useless to purchase any kind of mobile in this company. I have got fed up with this but still no use . I had purchased a cell under 999 scheme on April 22nd 2007. for 2 days, I got all my incoming calls and outgoing properly and later on it was disconnected. they said, they need a new proof of documents, which i had submitted at the reliance webworld after two weeks at indirinagar. Until now its still inactivated and i had been roaming to their center then and then. they say it takes 2 days, 48hrs , 12 hrs etc to activate it but never keep up their words, so really don't know how to get it activated.
If any fans / genuine employees of reliance are in this board, do help me out. i had tried to mail the reliance call center service too and every time they ask me the CAF no, and other details, which i had been providing them but in vain no use. I have a copy of all these mails with me and if reliance company needs it, they can refer to it also. Hope at least this time it gets rectified.

875 recharge is not available
Every time while recharging my phone with 875 STD calling card I am facing the same difficulty.The recharge is not available at most of Reliance Web World in a city like Bangalore.While some dealers do e-recharge for 875 but most of the time the server is down so this option is also a waste.

Improper service carges
I have made a top up for 875 rupees to pre-paid mobile connection, for that the company has charged me 247 rupees has service charge, admin fee, etc (approximately 28%). whereas for 100 rupees recharge they charge only 14 rupees (14 %). When I contacted customer care, the answer is charges are based on company's decision. (Bull sh*t Reliance...)

Fraud and cheating customers!
Reliance has become a very worst company, they cheat their customers by detecting a sudden amount from their account and when make complaint to customer care, they says all calls have charged right. I advise to people not to use reliance phone, its a fraud company.

Handset not working properly (call drop)
I am having Reliance LG LSP-340E phone. From past 2 months, whenever i use my Reciever, call gets disconnected after few minutes. But with speaker (handsfree), there is no such problem. I have registered many complaints, but no such technical person has visited my place, but they are solving the problems of other customers in my area. In the customer care, they say to buy another phone!!! I also had a talk with many team supervisors, but they only give us assurance but nothing has been done uptill now!
Inspite, of these complaints, no such action has been taken.
Very poor service!

Totally unhappy with the service!
My service as been discontinued four times over the past 12 months. Each of the time, I have gone to Reliance with my paperwork and my service has been restored. However, about two months later it is discontinued and I must go back with my documents and it is restored.
I am unhappy that I have to keep going back. This is a prepaid phone with card. My paperwork has always been accepted but the practice discontinuing service continues.
