Transferring my SIM card to OMH card
Hi,
My Name is Sampurna, number is 9323895896.
I have approached 3 different reliance web worlds in the last 10 days but nobody is able to shift my old sim card to OMH card so that I can access the internet on my latest samsung MPower 369 mobile handset.

Places I have visited are -
1) Bangalore Koremangala reliance web world
2) Hasan Reliance mobile store - contact person - Ms. Heena
3) DP Road pune Reliance web world - contact person - Mr. Navnath (020 30529991)

Wherever I go, everybody asks for some address proofs and say, it will take 24 hours to activate the new number and tells me the procedure what to do with the new OMH card for activation but nobody is able to really transfer that number.

What should I do?

Prepaid Balance Deducted
Sir,
I am having a prepaid connection.
Rs. 120 was deducted from my prepaid account but till today I did not get my amount back even after complaint in customer care.
I contacted customer care, and complaint about that but no serious action was taken.
Kindly, look forward on my complaint.

Promotional Offers via company calls
Hi,

I am using Reliance services from last 4-5 years and faced problems many times regarding their promotional services. Any time they call on mobile and start giving information about their new services. Already asked to customer care many times to close this non sense for my mobile as i am not able to listen regarding this in office times. They registered the complaints but still i am availing these unwanted services.

On 29th Dec, 2010 again an employee from there promotional department called myself in office time and started asking multiple questions and giving new news packs on my mobile. I told that guy to not install these services in my prepaid mobile but after some times they have deducted money from my mobile and started sending the unuseful messeges to me.

I never thought that a multinational company like Reliance can do such a cheap thing just to make money and disturb their customers.Now i just want to put my point infront of company officials and customers that what else i have to do clear these problems or i have to switch to another service provider if the same will never going to stop from their side.

Dear Sir/Mam

I am a postpaid user and my no is 9356657440.
Your staff gave me lots of wrong information.
Below is the detail and minor problem is not written.
Please read this and process it urgently.

I got called from Ankita (Chandigarh sec-9) for convert prepaid to postpaid.
She advise to me regarding Rs199 plan . In this plan reliance take 199 rent charge par month and reliance offer to

you full balance 199(1pec/sec) and R2R free unlimited(Local only) and she told me your prepaid balance will be

manage in your monthly bill that time I have Rs 100 in my prepaid A/C.
But I have not got this plan yet and not manage my prepaid balance in the bill.

After my complain in customer care, I had got call from Hairi (Sec-9, Chandigarh), he told me sorry for wrong

information, he told me I gave you another offer. But i have not any other offer. I told him please cancel my

postpaid and please convert it prepaid again but he told me sorry sir this not possible before 6 month.
I have face lots of problem due to wrong Information.
And one big issue in reliance is that If you have prepaid user then you don't talk to postpaid customer care.
When I go in roaming then my postpaid no is not working(no outgoing and not incoming both). When I call then I got

voice resume service.
Reliance service is very very bad service provider because I have more issue with another no.
Now I am using 2 no's of reliance.
Please solve my issue.
Now I am waiting for portability when this is come in Punjab then I change the service provider.

Now a days Reliance broad band people have very poor customer service

Cheating
sir/Ma'am

I am susheel kumar, i am using reliance GSM no is 9016417989.And on this no i have activated your night plan (Rs 69 ).
According to This plan i got 5000 mins or 300, 000 seconds b/w 11:00PM to 6 :00 AM on any reliance no. For some days it was going normal.
but suddenly after 15 days i had seen my balance is deducting, i had talked to your customer care executive, and told me that your 5000 mins are over.
But it is impossible, because i normally i used it for only 1and half hour(90 minutes ) or maximum 2 hours. so according to me it should not be finished.
It is very simple If u convert 5000 minutes in hours it becomes more then 83 hours, and if u divide these 83 hours by 30 days then it becomes more then 2 hours, and if u divide 83 hours by 15 days then it comes (5.5555) near 6 hours.

So now my point is when i had not use my number (Maximum) 2 hours, then how its is possible...
Where is my Minutes gone, why my balance is deducting, and your customer care executive not even ready to listen my query and not answering my queries.

After that i gave up and i had finally asked to your customer care executive, sir please tell me what should i do now then they replied you have to recharge it again
I said ok fine then i had successfully recharge it again, and when i had used it in night then again my balance is deduct.

Now sir plebe tell me what should i do now my balance is deducting again and again, and yore customer care executive is not able to response my quires
with the hope of solution i m writing this mail to you.
