I am Kamal Narzary from Assam, Tezpur ; the postpaid customer of Reliance India Company. My complain is that i was asking about my bill by calling customer care Guwahati (Assam)...but unfortunately they barred my outgoing facility...i was try to know about this matter but MISS MOOMI, MISS. POLLABI, MR.PRANAB, MISS NATASA they dont give me any responded...all time they are said taht, , PLEASE KINDLY HOLD THE LINE AND CUT MY PHONE ...WHY????????????? I am asking to Honorable Director Sir, ( Assam ) why they doing like that ???????????
When They barred my outgoing service, i was called after 1 hour, , they said they cant say anything because they doing up gration their system ...after 2hours i have to be called to know about my problem ...
Its unbelievable they said again and again till 2 days ...oh my GOD...un discussing .
After 2 days they send me one bill to my e-mail add. and it is ...oh my goodness...the payable bill was Rs. 2163.00 only for 2 days ...
ITS MY REQUEST TO HONORABLE DIRECTOR SIR, , PLEASE KINDLY RECHECK MY BILL...AND SEND TO MY E-MAIL ID.AND PLEASE DO NEED FULL FOR YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EMPLOYEE, GUWAHATI.

sir i have reliance gsm sim in my handset.whenever i do recharge after few hours i find my balance reduced.i had complained about this issue to the customre care, but they denies by saying that it is the fault of mine.sir i do a lot of hard work to earn the money.i had complained about this almost 6 to 7 times to the company.sir kindly takr strict action againts it.

Myself Sujata Bhaskar, my phone no. is 9368336201, actually on 19 september, The reliance customer care activated cricket update (value added services) on my mobile on their own and they also said that yes they have activated this service on my number by mistake and when I requested them to deactivate this service on 19 sept., I got the message and call that the service is deactivated on my mobile on 20 sept. but still they were charging Rs. 5 daily, then I again made the complain on 24 sept. but then also they were charging me for this service, and when I requested them to revert my money they didn't. And now on 29 sept. they activated another service called "dilbahar" on their own and deducted Rs.49. I am very annoyed with these acts of reliance. I request you to please look into this matter and to take proper strict action against the reliance customer care. I request you to kindly revert my money, or otherwise I have no option left then to close my phone number.

I am a regular Reliance customer using a Reliance GSM SIM since 2 years in Kolkata...
But from last 10 days someone is tracing my all calls through call centers without my permission which is creating serious problems in my personal life, so kindly take any active steps to stop those tracings..
