Very unresponsive company
I applied for broad band connection, Later Zaheer & Fazar contacted me & they investigated the location, feasibility & collected all the required documents on 04/08/2010 including a cheque for Rs.500.00 & they promised me that the connection will be provided within 7 days.Next day verification was done for address proof & the following day cable guy visited my place to provide connection & he claimed that the connection can not be provided, since the cable is too far away & he returned back.Later I cantacted Zaheer who collected the documents & he claimed that the connection will be delayed because the cable is stolen from where the connection has to be taken.Then I requested them to cancel my connection & asked them to refund my money back, in return to that Fazar khan told me that it will take 10 days to refund & it has to come from Mumbai.I even mailed to reliance to cancel my connection on 13/08/2010 in return i received a mail saying they will respond with in 72 hours, but no response till now.

Rudeness and lieing to the customer
I received a call from reliance side when i wrote my complaint first.. They said that i will get the waiver in 2 days.. now after 2 days also i have not got the waiver.. and today when i called customer care the same problem came executive rude.. not transferring the call.. saying you cant get the waiver.. what the hell is this if u dont wanna give waiver you should not lie to the customer.. if you are this much beggars and liars just close your bloody company.. dont waste people's money and make them fools.. by making them fools only you earn money.. you just dont have any of your words.. neither you cant stnad on your words.. and i think you must have started your company by looting other peoples.. Just a bloody Connection and liars in your company.. It SUCKS>>>>>>>>>>

They are so unprofessional
I recently (29th December, 2009 to be precise) subscribed to the Reliance Broadband service through Vriti Interactive, Noida. I was told of an offer involving a Holiday package for 2 to Goa. However, ever since I made the purchase, the link sent to me for download of the voucher rejects my request quoting the MDN number dis not exist. Repeated emails to the sales/support person at Vriti were left unanswered and the contact numbers from which I'd been initially contacted and even those mentioned in the email for support inquiries seem to be temporarily unavailable. This is so unprofessional; they could have just not offered the voucher rather than making the offer at first and then hiding from the customer.

Balance deduction, rude to customer and call dropped by senior executive and executive

My balance was deducted 50rs. when i got to know that my balance was deducted i called at customer care .. my call was first picked by Amit executive in your Customer care. he did not knew the solution neither he knew my complaint ..i told him that my balance got deducted in this manner.. he did not knew what to do he did not put my call on hold he put my call on mute and asked around by what to do.. one of the fellow beings said that tell that system is down is this the way your company and your executives make fool of customers..?? I asked him his name he was not listening to me neither answering me well... i told him to transfer my call he transferred my call very late. then senior executive picked my call.. his name was Rajpal. He was rude and arrogant as if he was my boss.. he was saying of his own.. not listening to me. i told him all my problem.. but he did not wanted to listen.. he said i will not give the waiver.. i told him that A lot of times this kind of problem has occurred to me from your side that i never activate a service and it gets activated On its own.. i have complained regarding it so many times.. and always they say it wont happen again and give the waiver .. but this time he said u activated and renewed it so we cant give. what the hell is this am i supposed to see every time that my balance has got deducted and call again and again on customer care am i so free ? i told him to transfer my call to his senior he said he cant transfer and when i forced him that why cant you he said i will see and disconnected my call after putting it on hold...What the hell is this... i mean neither your executives and senior executives have time for customers and no feelings also for there problem then why the Hell have you opened the customer care you should close it . and if you want i will come and put the Lock on that store.. one did not knew anything other one was acting like he was the boss of reliance industry i dont give a dam to Any1 of them... anyhow i called again this time your another executive named Vinod picked the call He was another great person in your customer care.. he did not knew what i was saying asked the problem 3 times.. i mean u have hired such deaf peoples that they cant understand the problem in once.. i told him so many times to give his call to his Team leader or Assistant manager as your senior executives were not able to solve my problem and they were a lot rude.. i cant talk to such foolish persons..he was not transferring my call saying i cant transfer i mean if you cant transfer then why have you made them sit there .? you should remove ur Team leaders and Assistant managers and make them the boss... he (vinod) without intimating me put my call on mute and went away... Are we customers of yours Or bloody servants .. cant your bloody executives see the pain of the customer .. Now this is the height if u dont take the steps against them then i have to to take the steps.. i will wait till monday and if i dont get the good reply from your side then i have to go towards the court. this is the only option left for me...

I have been facing problems with regards to poor network connectivity in my area
I have been facing problems with regards to poor network connectivity in my area, Carmelaram PO, Sarjapur Road since 3 months. Repeated calls to the Reliance Tollfree customer care number since 3 months of my repeated complaints no action has been taken and a excellent service has been done. I have lost a count of number of complaints I have made. The Company promises excellent network throughout India across 3500 towns and cities and some 4000 villages. For me it looks like am living in the moon. Every time I ask about the action taken and status i get this message from the customer care executive saying "We have escalated to the concerned dept. and they will get in touch with you withing 48hrs, 2 days, 4 days etc" This answer I have been getting since 3 months. It looks like Reliance has no value for time and no value for their customers. Is Reliance reliable now?

I am losing lots of money by making phone calls to their customer service and they keep on holding the customers
I had taken this connection in the month of April 09 and it got activated by May 09, after a long struggle with Reliance. After the activation, when I try to login to reliance website http://www.rcom.co.in/ I am not able to. It is saying my MDN no is already registerd and they asked to provide default password. When I do so it is failed. When I try to retrieve password thru forgot password, I will get a message saying the password will deliver to me as sms. But I never received any kind of that for atleast 3 weeks.
Whenever I try to contact customer service over the phone, it will ask me to enter my MDN no. After entering that I will get a msg as Invalid no. I send emails to their customer service, but to my bad luck I didnt got any response. After a long time, atlast I got a response saying that they received my email and they will get back to me 24hrs. I was also able to contact them through phone via sales option. Both these executives over the phone as well as e-mail they simply raise requests. Apart from that they wont give any resolution.
After 2-3 days I received a mail from them asking me to pay 1000+ amount as mu bill amount, asking for an explanation I receieved a response stating sorry, that was by mistake and my bill is 555.35 INR. All of a sudden my connection stopped working. I contacted them again and the response I got was my due date was over that the reason they terminated my service. I have to pay the amount in order to activate the service. My question is how can I know my due date and bill amount if they didnt inform me? I am not receiving any kind of intimation from their side.
I thought it wont happen in future and I paid my bill amount. I have been told that my services will get activated in 2 Hrs even if a card payment or cash. I had long hours of call with the executives to clarify this and the lady with whom I had a word she gave the assurance that there wont be any late payment fee charged against my no because I never received a bill or other information from Reliance.
It took more than 24hrs for the reactivation that too after several calls. As soon as the service is activated, they send me a duplicate bill and a password for logging in to my account. To my surprise, that bill was only for 13 days and they provided me some lame excuses. After almost 2 weeks I again faced the same problem of not able to connect. In the meanwhile I was checking my daily usage in their website but for my bad luck it wasnt updated.
I again rang them and asked for the reason and this time they barred my connection because I crossed my credit limit of 1400. I have to pay 1650 including the late payment fee etc. My tariff was night unlimited free and during morning I hardly get time to browse. Still they have charged for day hours also. I asked for a clarification and detailed bill but that goes into vain.
I had to pay the bill of 1650, because I was left out with no options. Moreover I paid 3500 Rs for the device, I should atleast utilize that for 3-4 months. Depends on all these I paid and I have been told the service will be activated in 2 hrs. After 2 hrs I called them and confirmed whether the bill is reflecting in their database, they said it will take 3 hrs, and it goes on. At last after 12 hrs I called them and asked for a reason why it is not activating? I got the same response as they have raised a service request. Atlast it got activated in more than 24 Hrs time. After the activation they send me a duplicate bill.
Now I had send a mail to them asking whehter this is going to be the procedure on every month? I am yet to receive a response from them. I have raised several service request for getting the bill on time etc during this short span of time. I have all the details with me, if in case it is required I shall be able to give you all those. Including the email communication.
I want to know whether you can provide any kind of help in this regard? I am losing lots of money by making phone calls to their customer service and they keep on holding the customers. Almost everythime it will take 10-15 mins for a agent to response the call.
Is there any chance to get my money back from them?
I am writing this letter with great anticipation. I hope you can take necessary steps so that the Reliance customer wont have to face these kind of issues.
I forgot to mention that, at times these agents shout and abuse us. I had faced this when I called them at 10:00 pm.
