They are not picking the landline phone and especially their mobile phone
I am continously talking with them about my activation of data card they keep on telling you submit these documents it will be activated by evening after submiting they will respond on another day that you had submitted hey will say ok now it will get activated by today evening same story is keep on going. I dont know what i can do with them. Its so irritating that such a big compnay is doing like these by appointing hopeless distributors name vriti infocom office at goregaon.

They are not picking the landline phone and especially their mobile phone. - after like 25 times you will call they will pick up atleast one time - so hopeless distributor company.

The call center people are so disrespectful when talked to
I had purchased a data card connection for internet connection for my laptop from reliance communications in Aug 2008. After using the service for a couple of months I realised that the billing structure was not authentic and they would charge me unreasonably high . There was no way to reconcile the billed amount with my usage. I decided to discontinue with the services and therefore I call up at their call centre to discontinue the services. The people at the call center said that my services would be discountinued after i paid all my dues. Therefore i paid all my dues and requested them to discontinue the services. The call center people said that my services would discontinue in 3 working days. The services indeed got discontinued in 3 days but to my surprise after a month reliance communications again started sending me bills . At first, i thought it was an error from their side so i decided to call at the call center to correct them . But to my surprise i found that though they had discontinued my service, they had put my reliance number in safe custody without informing me about the same and had billed me for same, Also a portion of billed amount could not be accounted for. I refused to pay the bill . After a couple of day reliance communcation people started harrasing me and started sending recovery agents at my home. I decided to get out of the mess by settling all the bills though i wasnt at any fault. But this time i took a written acknowledgement from the agent that the services would be terminated.

This ended on 12 December. Come January and i was again billed from reliance. This time i was really furious as i had no idea what were they billing me for. Again the same thing started, people from relliance communication and thier recovery agents started calling me and harrasing me again. The same procedure got repeated for Feburary. This time the recovery agents have again started coming at my home and asking me to pay the money . When i call up at the recovery agents office, they are forcing me to activate an use the service . They are also forcing me to pay the bill money when i have completed stopped the services 3 months back and have completety got the services terminated on 12th December. The call center people are so disrespectful when talked to. I keep registering complaints with them and they say that they will call up in next 3 days which they never do...

i need some help as i have no idea as to how should i be dealing with this cheating from reliance communication. Need some solicitation.

They have not terminated the service even after 6 months
I had purchased Reliance Wimax connection on 13th May 2008. Immediately after that, I had requested for a change of plan. But they said that I was still not registered in their system. After 15 days I tried again, still not registered. So I asked to terminate the connection. They refused to consider even that! I stopped using the connection and sent several termination requests. They have not terminated the service even after 6 months! And they have the nerve to send me bills for the last 6 months! This is plain harassment.

Every time I call, some new person takes the call and registers the complaint but nothing is done. I get only auto replies to my emails.

Their call center is worst
I had applied for Reliance data card via net on Nov17 (2 month free access) for which I never received a return email or call regardig the receipt of the payment or when will the data card be sent to me. After 1 week I get a call from one of the representative Mr Sandeep Tripaty reg my data card which was delivered on Nov 25th without the phone no and pin when contacted he said to talk to Mr Paras regarding avtivation of the card and they have my phone no & pin and will do the needful on Nov 27th I tried to install with the help of instruction provided by Paras. The data card was helpful only for installation I was unable to connect to the net and the data card just went off. When complained Paras said Sandeep T will collect it and give it to the service center as there may be minor problem in the data card and the same will be repaired or replaced.

He took my data card on Nov 30th and by this time the status shows that my account is active where in I have not yet used my account. I was assured that I will get get the data card within 2 days but till date I have not received every time I have to call up Mr Sandeep or Paras to check the status secondly there is ignorance of my calls and the way they speak it makes you feel that we never told you to purchase the card since you have purchased its not our headache. I have once been advised to go to the service center get the status.

I have been following up with the call center whose service is worst luckily I got the complaint department no - 32978900 this number is either switched off or engaged one has to keep on trying. On this number I spoke to a officer Mr Abhay Kamble and logged a complain -81876620 who took this matter little seriously but no success.

They are unable to give any solution for me
My reliance Net connect device stop working form past 2 months...at first it was not detecting on My Laptop.Hence i gave that one for Service, after completion of service they agave another device for us, In that signal it self is not there, So i gave that agian in service center aroung one month back .Till now they are unable to give any solution for me.

Since the first day of installation I am getting only 100 Kbps of surfing speed and downloading speed is just 15 Kbps
I am using broadband internet service of Reliance communication since nov 2007 . My selected plan is of 2.0 Mbps. Marketing executive (Mr. Pritesh Patel) has commited me that I can get 1600-1700 Kbps of surfing speed and 200-250 kbps of down loading speed with this plan . But since the first day of installation I am getting only 100 Kbps of surfing speed and downloading speed is just 15 Kbps . I made numbers of complaint (atleast 12 times till date) to their customer care center but no one has came here to check . They are just arguing that there is no problem from our side without bothering the end user . Many times ther are telling that their field engineer will come with a laptop on site and check the speed on their PC . But not even a single time they have send the field engineer.

My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem
I brought an USB ZTE CDMA 1X MODEM from Reliance Mobile 10 days before from Reliance Mobile in Brigade Road, Bangalore. This is a post paid connection that came with my HP Pavilion Note, thinking about the mobility and net connection speeds up to 144 kbps I paid Rs.3180 for this pathetic internet connection.

The average connection speed I get is less than 15 kbps. Worst case is some times I get connection speed less than 5kbps. At these speeds even simple home page of google.com fails to load. I have done all the basic trouble shooting steps to increase the internet connection. When I called Reliance Customer Care I was transferred to their technical team, which is even worst.

The tower signal shows as full strength but the connection speed is very slow this is because reliance does not offer its customers what its promise. Reliance is company that can’t be trusted. The BSNL Dial-Up connection that I have is far better than the high speed USB modem from Reliance.

To check the internet connection further I even took my note book where there was a reliance tower. It did not make any difference.

Reliance Technical Support is worst. So, I think Anil Ambani should be held responsible for all these.

My advice is, don’t buy Reliance USB modem.

unnessary amout deduction

im karthik, im using reliance for its best evergreen offers and good responses n all the fields but now a days..its crosing its limit by malfunctioning their usage...they r deducting unnessarily amount ina a wrong way..i registered a complaint for dis.i talked with nearly five customers for the sam purpose, but they r telling that they removed the all activated packs they wish to say they deactivated the surface for every time after 48 hours i recharged my account for my use..but deducting amount for the same purpose again and again ..here the activated packs r deactivating by 6 members working in the customer care..im going on complainting but their is no response and theamount deduction is going on frm my account..my no is 8099280829..if this goes on the complaint will be in the top stage..nearly 80 to 90 rupees unnessarily deduted. frm my account..if this malfuctiong campany game is cam to known no 1 will be gng to buy this reliance..dont try to fool the customers for ur selfish..ie., company improvement..

Shamed to be using such a poor and cheap company mobile
I purchase a reliance prepaid connection with a nokia handset from a dealer of reliance company from Noida. The connection was disconnected after a week saying that my documents are not clear in Xerox copies. From that time I have walked to there office four times and submitted my ID proofs clear one and email to there customer care and my phone is just a children toy. Useless to me. Dont know what to do ???

Shamed to be using such a poor and cheap company mobile.

NO SIGNAL FOR THE LAST 3 DAYS
I am using Reliance GSM SMART sim for the last 4 to 5 years. But I am really fedup with the service of REliance. my sim no. 899136612000022142 0 and my mobile number is 9905122321. but for the last three days I am not getting signal. sometimes it comes and all of a sudden disappears.
