internet complaint
sir i take your internet connection before one month and its run only one day first day first time after this it relianc broad band connection not work i do many 2 complaint about this but your company not came for proper working internet connection now i had lost trust on
your company now i will not take any reliance connection and try to avoid take reliance connection to other person.

wrong commitment and bill before activation
dont buy any reliance product they are not committed to there words

i have bought internet modem device from reliance, kamla nagar, delhi
there own staff filled up my form wrongly and now delaying verification, moreover without activating device they have sent me a bill for 300/-,

i have mtnl internet connection at home, bought this one for traveling purpose only, my trip is over now without internet connection

no msg outgoing
i m from panipat haryana...from 4 days there is no outgoing of messages in reliance...what is this?...network problem always...and even customer care is not working...plz check the problem nd solve it...otherwise reliance will b fail...

no response to my complaint

I am an old customer of rel. group. From 13th Dec.2009 I m facing a trouble. I recharged my no.(9315485283)with Rs100. On 13th a pack of 30Rs.(mitti ke rang) was subscribed from u r side, without any info, i didn't receive any msg. regarding pack activation & not even a msg which comes under the pack. On 18th again a pack(govt jobs) of 10 Rs was subscribed from u r side, without any info, i didn't receive any msg. regarding pack activation & not even a msg which comes under the pack. when i checked my bal. i enquired & complained to customer care for both packs. First i got an ans-no pack is subscribed from our side. on calling again & again i was given assurance for waiver. on calling again & again i received a waiver of 10 Rs. THEN the problem started- I got answers- u'll receive 30 later/u'll get 30 after one month/after 3 months it's our rule/u've complained only for one pack.but today i m harrased. one cutomer care executive said only one pack was subscribed by us, then he said i've checked & both packs were subs.by company but u won't get 30 Rs. back. on requesting him to give his senior's no. he refused, but ultimately transferred my call to Mr.mohinder singh(supervisor-Chd. Head Office) who refused for 30 Rs. saying-u won't get b'coz u didn't complained within 72 hrs.he said it's u r fault & said company keeps no records of msg. sent from our/your side. now sir u pls. tell how will one get to know about packs subs. on a no. without info from company(you can listen the conversation from u r recordings.I talked to him at 7:33 pm). U pls. address our problem urgently.I hope u'll solve this & if u can't u give mail-id of Mr. Ambani(chairman of u r group) or i take help of media or consumer forum b'coz this problem is faced by many customers. HOPING FOR IMMEDIATE REPLY...

i asked in this sub. to mr setu saini, but he didn't replied...

outgoing sms problem
Respected sir,
my name is amit bhosle. my cell number is 9375860322. i am stay in gujarat in baroda...last 8 to 9 days there were the out going sms problem..daily i have do 2 calls in the customer care.. but they do not give proper answer..
They always given the same answer ur problem should be solved after 11'o clock.. i know ur problem, but i cant do this.. there is network problem .. i cant do the help.. atleast their supervisor also not given proper answer..
i am also call the customer care round abut 15 to 16 times same problem, , like the out going sms problem.. i am also write the complain..or ..even i have the send the e-mail to the customer care but they do not given the proper solution.. atlest they have not given proper answer..so we have to take the dicision..
we have do the lots of try to short out the problem but who r not be call to the customer care centre they cant know what's going on .. so i am the request to u pls take necessary action against to the RELIACE MOBILE SERVICE (CDMA)

msgs are not delivering
i m from panipat haryana...i m facing so much problem of reliance network...the reliance company hav started the scheme of 500 free msgs per day...but wats the use of those msgs if they are not delivered...its better to change this connection if dis prob will not be solved...so plz improve the network of reliance otherwise it will fail...

Connection to be resumed
Dear Sir,

I have been a satisfied Reliance customer for many years, until recently.
It is unfortunate that I need to express my concerns directly to you, but I feel you should be made aware.

I have a rental property at, in Fergus On.
Not long ago I had my Reliance rental water serviced by your company.
My hot water pressure was quite low and I called your company to request a replacement tank.
The service department suggested that I have the tank de-limed, which I had agreed to.
Immediately after the tank was de-limed by one of your service technicians the hot water pressure to the shower is practically non existent.
I called your service department again to request for someone to come out the address the situation.
When your technician arrived on site he in formed my tenant that they do not fix showers as he was not a plumber and left. (please see note below as to the discussion that transpired between my tenant and your service technician, which is another reason for this letter).

I called your service department again on Dec. 1st and explained the situation to Carol (no last name) who promptly scheduled another service call for Dec. 2nd. between 04;00 – 20:00. The Technician did not show up for the scheduled appointment, but was alleged to have called my tenant and left message at 21:30.

Today I spoke to your customer service department Nancy (no last name) and her supervisor Kent Collins.

I explained my plight to Nancy and she mentioned that I may need to enlist the services of a plumber and the bill may be forwarded to them but I would need to speak to her supervisor first.

I received a call from Kent; who after much discussion tried to imply that shower blockage was due to another cause i.e. plugged pipe. I told Kent the plumbing from the water tank to the shower was all new copper plumbing (3 months old) and the blockage was only apparent directly after the tank was de-limed.

I re-iterated my request to Kent that Reliance re-send a service technician and/or a plumber at your expense to clear the blockage in the shower.

Kent offered to replace the shower head, but I explained this is not where the blockage is as the cold water is fine, only the hot water pressure is impacted.

Please note something was dislodged when the water tank was de-limed and is impeding the hot water pressure of the shower only, all other fixtures are fine.

I hope to continue this business relationship with your company and that Reliance will assume full responsibility for the damage cased after the de-liming of my rental water tank

Roger: Here is the email string of activity that has transpired; it’s the attitude of your service technician that is most disturbing.

i am not able to call customer care of reliance
i m calling customer care since 5 days, but no response...nd also my balance is deducting 50paise per sms though i am having the recharge of rs 11 per sms scheme...pls solve dis problem
