I applied for the reliance power IPO for 225 shares through www.ICICIdirect.com. the 17 shares allotted but the remaining amount not yet credited/refund in my account so far. I called many time to your Karvy office, as per them the cheque already dispatched on 02-02-2008 to my mailing address,( Dept. MC-1, Dubai Aluminium Co. Ltd, P.O. Box 3627, Dubai, UAE ), but I did not receive so far, even though I check with my post office also. Already 27 days passed but still waiting for your said cheque. Is Reliance Power limited and Karvy computer shares pvt ltd is playing with the customer or don't want to refund the amount. I got one mail from your Karvy office for the order no ( RL no. 1559112 ). What shall I do for this number. The customer need their refund as soon as possible.
