My Reliance Pre Paid connection is of Bangalore. I am in Kolkata for holiday. My husband paid Rs.501/- (Rupees five hundred one only) for top up vide Invoice #: 565 dated 28/5/2008 of Mahamaya Comunication, 291 Diamond Harbour Road, Behala, Kolkata 700 034.
I have received an SMS acknowledging the top up and also reflected the current balance. Surprisingly the top up amount was added in the balance shown.
The matter was taken up with the Reliance franchises Mahamaya Communication for 7 days but they said that they cannot do anything nether will they refund the fund. Mahamaya Communication finally on request lodge the complaint #: 68130632 on 5/5/2008 and informed my husband to wait for 60 hours
My husband met the Reliance Customer Care at Chowringee, Kolkata on 6/5/2008 giving all details but the response received from the Customer Care was even worse making my husband feel that it was a mistake taking Reliance Connection. The answer he received was “we’ll let you know”.
The problem today is I am not unable to top up again nor I have further balance. I am today in helpless condition.
