charge debited
i have reliance 8080426026 prepaid number since 2year.
Last 2 month i have a lot of problame from this oprate.
Every day some blance debited in my sim.
I have spok to costumarcare but there not a proper responce. And they r start unwanted service whithout any inform and debited blance from my account .
I have everyday this problame.

Voicemail automatically activates
Dear Sir,
On my Reliance phone (02 Nos.) Voice Mail Service gets automatically activated. A lot of times I have lodged complaints to Customer Care & got it deactivated, also by personally visiting many times at Reliance World, A-Block, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow I got it deactivated and instructed to not activate it. But every time after 2-3 days it is activated and every time Rs. 30.00 is deducted from my balance. Hope Reliance is not paying its employees by collecting money from consumers like this. It is happening for the last more than a year. I think Reliance is a good reputed company and all my money deducted in such a way will be refunded to me at the earliest and in future also it will not happen. Make some corrections in your software which must have a password, and Customer Care also must activate / deactivate a service only after password is confirmed by the user and password must not be disclosed to the persons over there. Hoping for the right judgement at the earliest. Because in such a manner Reliance is going to lose its consumers as I have seen many people complaining same at Reliance World.

REPEATED FALSE CLAIM BY REALIANCE TELECOM
VARIOUS SERVICE PACKS SUCH AS CALLER TUNE ETC ETC (OTHERS NOT UNDERSTOOD BY ME) ARE IMPOSED FALSELY AND DEDUCTIONS ARE BEING MADE AT THEIR WILL. Costomer Care is good for nothing as it is their motivated attempt. SERVICE IS ROTTEN.

Wrong Balance dedication and Customer Support line always busy
Hello,

I am a Reliance prepaid customer from the last more then 3 years My Number is 9313206128. I was very happy with RIM services and network. it was excellent. But from last six months, I am suffering from the unusal deduction of unrequested services. and when i try to contact Customer support then got a message " all operators are busy " By this way, They deduct my approx 100 rs balance in last 3-4 months . Some time, they activate Caller tune, Some time They activate health pack and many more. At this moment, They activate a Caller and One CRBT pack. When i try to Unsubscribe those then Got " SMS Not Sent or Failed " When i try to call on *333 or *368 Got " operator busy. My balance was go to Negative So i recharge my Cell but with in 10 min . Again my balance Reached negative. It is Unacceptable. I request you to help me and revert my Money and Cancel the ADD On Services. I will be Thanks to you

DEDUCTION IN PREPAID ACCOUNT
I AM YOUR RELIANCE MOBILE HOLDER FOR LAST 5 YEARS MY RELIANCE NO. IS 9323872099.

YOUR INTELLIGENT STAFF IS SO MUCH SMART THAT THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN BHARAT RATNA AWARD.

FOR LAST TWO MONTHS THEY HAVE DEDUCTED ALMOST MORE THAN HUNDRED RUPEES FROM MY PREPAID ACCOUNT.

SIX MONTHS BEFORE THEY HAD SMS ME ABOUT UPLOADING CALLER TUNE IN JUST RS. 6 AND WITHOUT MY CONFIRMATION THEY UPLOADED THE SONG AND DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT.

I WAS NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THAT. BUT LAST MONTH I HAD SMS YOU TO UNSUBSCRIBE THE SAME BECAUSE AS PER MY KNOWLEDGE YOU HAVE DEDUCTED LOT MUCH AMOUNT THAN THE SUBSCRIPTION. I HAVE TALKED TO YOUR MOBILE CUSTOMER CARE FOR ATLEAST 50 TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING.

EVEN I HAD UNSUBSCRIBE THE CALLER TUNE TODAY MORNING THEY HAVE DEDUCTED RS. 30 FROM MY ACCOUNT SAYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR MY MUSIC STATION RENEWED.

WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THIS I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING.

SO I AM REQUESTING YOU TO PLEASE GIVE YOUR GALLERY ADDRESS SO I CAN PERSONALLY GO AND TALK TO YOUR OFFICER.

AND MY REQUEST IS THAT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE MORE MONEY. THAN SIT DOWN ON THE STREET AND BEG FOR THE MONEY.

Non activation of prepaid connection
I buy a Reliance prepaid mobile from reliance shop on first week of may. I have submit all the document. My activate for first two after then it deactivate. We ask the customer care they said i have to submit the document again. I submit the document again on 9 th may on reliance shop and they give me in written that phone will activate within 72 hours. But near about month have passed my phone is still not working. I ask them to pay my money back and take their mobile back but they refuse to do that .

Service disconnection
I have submitted my document on 10/3/2007 in reliance webworld in Pariharchowk of Pune for verification and there was no reply from the office I resubmitted the documents in khadki webworld on 10/4/2007. On 20/4/2007 my line was disconnected this is horrible service i could see. Who ever is responsible will not be forgiven.

Recharge cover up
1) Received a message that against a recharge of Rs 360 by March end, full talk time for 45 days.

2)Recharged at Reliance dealer on 31March only to get a message that it is recharged for Rs359 (inclusive of my earlier balance) for a validity of 30 days.

3) Confronted your Mosque Road showroom .They in turn rang up the concerned
department who refused to speak to me and cut the phone when they tried to explain.

4) I have followed up with a call to 30333333 and the "service request no is 47566285 on 02/04/07 @ 4.07 pm."

5) I again followed up on:
04/04/07 @ 10.22 am
10/04/07 @ 10.04 am
and today 17.04.07 @ 3.35 pm.

Every time the answer was a standard " concerned department has been informed and we will ensure that the needful is done".

6) Today when I forced them for an answer,they put me on to the "concerned person".His name was given as M.Kumar(?). Now after so many days he says without batting an eyelid that the fault is mine as I did not clarify with Reliance before recharging. I spoke to him for over 40 minutes and this is the reply I get. The recharging was done against a message recd on my mobile and read by you official outlets before charging,so the fault is entirely yours... but M.Kumar feels otherwise.

All my phones are only Reliance and if this is how you treat your customers I think the only other option is legal as I have all documents with me.
