On my Reliance phone (02 Nos.) Voice Mail Service gets automatically activated. A lot of times I have lodged complaints to Customer Care & got it deactivated, also by personally visiting many times at Reliance World, A-Block, Faizabad Road, Indira Nagar, Lucknow I got it deactivated and instructed to not activate it. But every time after 2-3 days it is activated and every time Rs. 30.00 is deducted from my balance. Hope Reliance is not paying its employees by collecting money from consumers like this. It is happening for the last more than a year. I think Reliance is a good reputed company and all my money deducted in such a way will be refunded to me at the earliest and in future also it will not happen. Make some corrections in your software which must have a password, and Customer Care also must activate / deactivate a service only after password is confirmed by the user and password must not be disclosed to the persons over there. Hoping for the right judgement at the earliest. Because in such a manner Reliance is going to lose its consumers as I have seen many people complaining same at Reliance World.
