My sister in Datia, Madhya Pradesh, has been having Reliance smart cellphone for quite some time. Few months back Reliance started deducting 3-5 rupees every now and then and now they deduct 30 rupees very frequently. Calling customer care was endless waiting and whenever she was able to reach customer care, she was told different things. Sometime the deduction termed as software bug and irreversable, sometime it is termed as charges to some stupid offers which were never requested. Most pathetic thing is that these deduction continues and even after multiple complaints and the reversal of the deducted amount is always denied.

Can you help get my sister's money back with compensation and teach a tough lesson to this cheater firm?

I have been using Reliance for couple of years and has faced some nightmares in recent past. They have activated my account with some auto activate services for which I have not applied for. Moreover, when I enquired about the same with the customer care personal, they are not reluctant in giving me the required information on how and when this service has been auto activated. If anyone is aware of the concerned person to whom I need to complain in regards to this then please forward me the Email-ID. This would be a great help. Thanks in advance.

I have not subscribed any value added service on my cell no. 9827302422 but Reliance is deducting my balance.I have tried many time to unsubscribe but it did'nt happen, also my balance deducted again and again.IT IS OPEN LOOT BUY RELIANCE FROM MANY MANY CONUMERS.

my phone no. is 9681936940. Rs. 30 has been deducted from my account(ph. no. 9681936940) without any reason.
and when i have complained to their customer-care executive, he was constantly saying that, i have subscribed to some mantra. i have told him many a times that this is not so but inspite of believing me, he was blaming me.
