cheating the peoples
hi i am a user of reliance money( sorry to say that ) as per my opinion reliance money is a worst trading platform they cheat the people initially by saying that we charge 1 paisa brokerage but that is not so their charged in options is really high rs 50 per lot plus rs 15 per single order i think they are betting on huge profit cheating customers even when sometimes market is good they close their site as to invest their own money (bloody chor) and even now they r saying that 10000 plan is going to be removed shortly 17th of Aug which was some beneficial for the traders . i think sebi must take proper action against this sort of selfish agencies with motive of huge profits .and even they sometimes take our shares from demat for personal trading as they r not visible in our demat account some times and continuosly increasing their brokerage despite of saying 1 paisa brokerage

Deducting of money from my account
Sir,
My reliancemoney client id is S00109711
I have three complaints which have not been so far resolved.
1. My Reliancemoney a/c is bimonthly ( I had applied for an yearly account for Rs.500 but they have given me bimonthly account.). I have request them to change it to yearly a/c as I have already paid the money.
2. Reliancemoney deducted Rs 500/- from my money when purchased shares and told me that this was limit card charges for 2 months (but as I had applied for the yearly account they should not deduct this amount).
3. I had applied for silver coin and they offered to give me the same only when i filled up the form in pune. After filling up the form two months have passed but still i have not received the coin.
My complains have been registered with Reliancemoney but I am not getting my issues resolved.
Its very much pain that i have experienced on account of Reliancemoney.
My complains and their QRC nos are 1007975, 1007988 and 860393
I therefore request you to resolve the issues at the earliest.

Non-receipt of Reliancemoney kit
Dear Sir,
I was very eager to apply for RPL shares. I have paid Rs.500/- for Reliance Money kit on 05.01.08 through IB cheque, Ordnance Estate Branch, Trichy personnally to Shri Kandavel, Manager and Shri Santhosh, Customer executive of Trichy Branch. One Mr. Md. Kaleel, Sales representative approched for selling the kit for Reliance Money, Trichy initially. His is service is so poor and Till now I have not had my kit. And their replies on enquiry is not convincing for the delay for providing kit. Kindly interfer and settle the issue at the earliest.
