I am speaking on behave of my uncle Mr. Amitav Ghose on whose name this connection is registered.
On 5th of Nov. 09 I had informed Mr. Walmiq of Reliance customer care that I am not at all satisfied with the company services and hence want to get my connection cancelled. For which I was provided with a request no.112607851 and informed that the connection would be terminated within one week, which has not been done so far.
The reasons for which I had asked the termination were: -
(1). A executive of the company, Mr. Durjoy (mobile no.9330419742) had misguided me saying that the installation charges of the connection is Rs.1000/-(whose receipt copy has also been attached) where as my bill (Bill no. 281945470242) described the installation charges to be Rs.500/-.
(2) The connection was not matching up to the proposed services of speed and connectivity.
Sir since then I have been regularly disturbed by reliance representatives asking me to pay the bill amount. I have informed them repeatedly that since I have paid Rs.1000/- as installation charge no amount should be paid and also requested them to send their executives to take away the companies equipments but still nothing was done.
On 24th November I again called up reliance care and was informed by Mr. Nagraj that the request no.112607851 has been closed without termination and gave me a new no.113837507 for the termination and again no action was taken. It was on 27-11-09 Mr. Nitin of reliance who called me up and gave me new request nos. 114001385 and 114001605 and assured that the connection would be terminated of which I have received termination mails.
But sir at this very moment I have received a new bill (Bill no.281992679077) for the month of November with a due amount of Rs.1140.60/-. Sir its clear form the above that the additional one month’s bill is due to the lack of attention of the company executives hence I should not be penalized for the cause.
