VERY UNRELIABLE
I went to this company to get my Cuban passport back in Dec 20 2010. They told me it would take about 3 to 4 months. I have been calling since March to check the status they told me they had sent it and that they have not received it. I emailed the Cuban Embassy and they replied letting me know that the passport was NEVER sent back in Dec nor Jan it was received in the Embassy on April 28 2011. That is ridiculous. They have been lying to me all along. They knew the urgency of my passport, I need to travel to Spain this month. I call them EVERYDAY to check on the status and to speak to the owner they lie to me telling me that she is on the phone taking care of my passport issues and I never receive a call back from her nor her employees. Now the passport got here on Tuesday May 31, and since I call everyday to check the status I found out that it had arrived on that day. THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW. They told me that the currier was not in the area to pick it up so I had to wait and they also told me that it was not their responsibility any longer. I called their main office yesterday and they told me that the owner was on the way to pick it up when I showed up he had not gone, they told me to call at 9:30 AM today June 2 that they would have it for me by 10:30 this morning I went again this morning they don't have it. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER. It is now 11:30 AM. and they still don't have it. PLEASE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT I CAN DO REGARDING MY ISSUE. I really appreciate your help in this matter.
