Dear Sir/Madam,


I was using reliance prepaid connection since long time. My number is 9312666672 .But one of your franchises (Badarpur) Center called me and showcased some plans for move to postpaid connection .I paid Rs. 375 to him as a security money .but when I received my first bill & it shows only Rs.250 there as a deposit security money .


Will you please explain Why Rs. 125 has been deducted .I’ m very disappointed with reliance service now. I had a word to your representative Mr. Gulshan (8882220222) and Mr Arun (7838230648) NRS associate Badarpur about all thing . they had told me my all security money adjust with my first and second bill. But I have receive my bill without any adjustment. I have a proof of my payment and please find the scan copy of RECEIPT slip .
