I used ReloGulf to move my furnishings and belongings from Abu Dhabi to New Zealand. It turned out to be a total disaster.

Despite the specific promise by their sales rep that several large paintings and pieces of art would be wrapped and cased, when my goods were delivered to NZ I found my artwork wrapped in flimsy cardboard, frames smashed and some artwork damaged.

I was furious as the promise to case my art had been the primary reason I had chosen ReloGulf ahead of other competitors. ReloGulf tried to wriggle out of all responsibility and what they had commited to. Emails and calls went unanswered for long periods of time. In no way whatsoever would I recommend this removal company.

Don't be fooled by smooth talking, efficient service during the lead up to quoting and winning the job. It is right at that point that there is a disconnect between what is promised and what this company actually delivers.

It took 13 months to get my insurance paid out by Relogulf and their insurance policy partner. Complete nightmare.
