SCAM
I saw their advertisement online when i was on facebook for teeth whitening, i clicked on the ad and it seemed like a legitimate website. the site said its been seen on abc, vh1, e! channel, oxygen channel and style channel, o magazine, instyle magazine, people magazine, and also had all these well known celebrities on their website. all i wanted was the free trial product and i paid for shipping which was $4.87. when you put your billing and credit card info, their is a tiny box if you dont uncheck you are automically going to ba also charged for this other bogus program! well i didnt see that box. anyhow, it took about a week for me to recieve the product, and i guess you have to cancel within 10 days to not be automatically billed for $84.86 for another shipment. well i recieved the second product right after i recieved the first, so they charged me also for the $84.86. i called and requested a refund. they told me to just send it back with the rma number they gave me, i did that over a week now and still have not recieved my refund. when i called to cancel with them, i also mentioned i did not want to be enrolled in any other program affiliated with them, they assured me i wasnt. at the time when i bought this product it was 8balancesystem.com that they enrolled you in and charged you $29 i think a month, now i checked the site and its now beachfigure.com they enroll you in. well i recently got charged $30.00 three times in the same day for this beachfigure program that i had specifically told them i did NOT want any part of! i guess at the time when i called and cancelled it was the 8balancesystem, but now that they have beachfigure, they thought they could just charge me for it. i have filed a claim with my bank for fraud, and i have emailed rembright and no response, i will call monday. i believe this company is a scammer and shouldnt get away with misleading customers on their ads and their indirect way to scheme and scam more money out of us in their bogus program that they change every so often to keep charging customers.
