JOE FIENGA OF REMODELING RESOURCES, MONROE, NY TURNED HIMSELF IN TO THE ULSTER COUNTY, NY SHERIFFS DEPT. FOR FORMAL ARREST ON TWO CHARGES COMING OUT OF THE ULSTER, COUNTY, NY DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S OFFICE. THESE TWO FELONY CHARGES INCLUDE GRAND LARCENY AND SCHEMING TO DEFRUAD. HIS FIRST APPEARENCE WILL BE ON SEPTEMBER 22nd, 2009 AT 7 PM IN SHAWUNGUNK, NY VILLAGE OF WALLKILL.

SEVERAL OTHER CASES ARE ALSO PENDING AGAINST JOE FIENGA AND HIS COMPANY, REMODELING RESOURCES IN YORKTOWN, NY FOR OPERATING A HOME CONSTRUCTION BUSINESS WITHOUT A LICENSE AND AGGRAVATED HARRASSMENT AS WELL AS IN BERGEN COUNTY, NJ ON MANY CHARGES OF THEFT BY DECEPTION, FRAUD, TERRORISTIC THREATS AND AGGRAVATED HARRASSMENT.

This man has many outstanding judgements against him in New York State. Has been arrested on several complaints ranging from Aggravated Harrassment and operating a home improvement company without a license.

To date, one group of near 30 homeowners victimized by Joe Fienga have a combined losses total of 348, 500.00 not including sub-contractors who have also not been paid for their services on the homes owned by this particular group of homeowners. Additionlly, five Architects have also not been paid by Joe Fienga.

Mr. Fienga underbids all others to hook you financially, takes your money and WILL NOT return your calls.
