I bought a Renault Sandero 1.6 Cup in February 2011, from Renault Wonderwaters. when I received the car, I showed them a few things I want fixed on the car. 3 months later after contacting them weekly, they tell me that the person who sold the car to me is no longer in their service, and he didn't tell them about the problems I have. I admit, it is really small things, the front bumper is not fitted properly, not all the dashboard lights are working, there are scratches on the front grill of the car and the one they fixed is the boot spoiler that was completely loose. now 4 months later, I am talking to the dealership management, there is a new manager also - I am not surprised! I suggested that I have the car fixed at Renault East Rand, as I am now working in Boksburg - a week later I just decided to leave it - I am not going to pay R560 for a QUOTE to see if they can fix it under the warranty - It's not my fault, all of those are theirs, if I pay that, I will never see that money again...I am now trading the car in, if this is how they treat their own faults, heaven knows how they going to treat the car when it has to go for it's first service!

never in my life will I buy Renault or interact with them again - if you want to see bad service, go visit any Renault dealership!
