These guys are totally unprofessional
Big promises little delivery. Poor workmanship...A 3 week timeframe that was promised turned into 1.5 years of hell! Will not return my calls regarding outstanding work to be completed. They even charged my VISA with the number on file before they completed the work. Please do yourself a favor and use someone else...these guys are totally unprofessional.

A poor renovation but a free psychoanalysis
This indicates the level of respect and customer service you get from the owner of RenoCanada after he has your money. It is rather unprofessional to psychoanalyze someone and make a personal attack on them in a business communication.

How unfortunate. From the tone of your message It appears that you are an angry person. I do recall having a discussion with you and working through our indifferences to what appeared to be a successful resolve. At no time did you ever make the accompanying assertions that you were forced into anything. I am truly shocked by these comments. You are conducting yourself in an unreasonable manner ~ I did not expect you to have a glowing view about us, but this is just ridiculous. Quite frankly, I do not believe anyone can make you happy. I do not expect to have any further dialogue with you and will advise the service department accordingly.

Poor workmanship and terrible service

We had RenoCanada renovate our home bathroom for over $17,000, trusting that they would not only provide good workmanship but also provide effective project management.
We were told the job would take 7-10 days but ended up taking over 6 weeks. We did most of the project management ourselves and lost work and vacation hours to make sure the job was completed.
They installed a radiator that looks ridiculous - if I knew it was going to look like that, I would never have purchased it for $700.00. We were showed a picture of how it was going to look , and it looks nothing like that.
Also, they installed a shower curtain bar a third of the way into the bathtub and too high for me to even reach (I'm 5'5" tall).
When we asked for these to be fixed the very rude owner, Sam Beninato insisted that everything installed was in working order and just because we didn't like the way it looked doesn't mean he has to fix it.
He actually said that its 'all about the money, Judy' and refused to fix anything unless we paid for it AGAIN. He bullied his employee and us, until we finally agreed to settle the outstanding bill but this is not to our satisfaction. I will never recommend them to anyone.

Have been treated very shabbily!
RenoCanada, a Toronto firm that used to be called Plumbing Mart has been in my house for 4 months for a job that was supposed to take 6 to 8 weeks. They have dented my new door, knocked the almost new back gate off its hinges, and damaged the floor that they installed. The installed a scratched bathroom mirror.
They are now trying to deny that they damaged the floor and I expect that they will also deny that they scratched the mirror, although I am a short woman and can barely reach the top of the mirror to touch it, let alone damage it. They also installed chipped granite and tried to get me to accept a third rate repair on the granite. They reluctantly agreed to replace the granite and I took a day off work to be here for this. Guess what, no granite. No apology either.
They also left cigarette butts all over my driveway and lawn. They did not dispose of some of their waste, although the job includes disposal. I have been treated very shabbily by RenoCanada and would not recommend them to anyone for any type of job.
