I rented a home theater system from rent 1st as well as a washer and dryer, couch and love seat, and a large rack stereo system. I had them pick up the washer and dryer and the large stereo because they were CRAP and did not work, The Home Theater System never worked but I wanted to keep it just get it fixxed. I begged them to fix it for 2 months with NO JOY. I paid a payment last Friday paying for my couch and love seat until the 1st of November, I was instructed not to pay for the Home Theater System until they got it fixed. I got a phone call from them the next Monday asking where the hell I was with their Home Theater System, I was out of town visiting my dying Grandmother at that time. Finally Wednesday I was home and got a call from them wanting their system I told them if they would shut up for one minute and listen to their customers they might get somewhere, the Rent1st representative invited me to come to the store and shut him the f&^% up. So I accepted his invite and loaded up the system to take to them. The CHICKEN-S store clerk started crying that he called the cops the second I walked thru the door as he back crawled behing his counter. 2 Months I had this equipment paying for it while it was broken and not useable but when I demand it be fixed, they start acting like the mafia. DO NOT do business with these morons, they truly are about the worst at their job. Get this then he says " I make 1700 every two weeks before commissions", lol, but I saw your girl using her lonestar card.
