I filled out a booking form with Holiday Cars giving my mastercard details but did not finish the form e.g.submit as the details were wrong dated 13th Jan 2010. On the 17th of Jan 2010 I again filled out a form with mastercard details and the web page collapsed. Several days later on the 21st of Jan I tried again and was successful. I did not recieve an invoice or confirmation of previous bookings ie; 13 and 17th of January and that is why I booked a third time. I e-mailed Holiday Cars after the 17th Jan booking to see if they had received my booking and replied they had not. I checked my Mastercard and discovered that they had taken the money out for the 13th and 17th Jan but not registered the booking. I was given a confirmation e-mail for the 21st Jan. Have e-mailed them and given details - their reply was that an Australian company was to be sought for refund. This is between an European - Netherlands company as my bank details give their phone number and was charged an international transaction fee. I have e-mailed them again reiterating the details. Have not had a reply yet - sent 28th Jan.
Your attention to this issue would be much appreciated.
