RENT SAN DIEGO PROPERTIES tells prospective renters that they offer a guarantee

of placement in one of their properties and that a $49.00 registration and credit check

fee is fully refundable if the guarantee is not met---THIS IS NOT TRUE AND YOU SHOULD

NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE---DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

- After being given a false listing by a representative of RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES,

I paid for a credit check that would have made me elligible for any of their properties---

The listing proved a misrepresentation and I was given no other information other

than the address listed. I was then told some nonsense about "getting a house is like getting a

job. You have to show the landlord that you really want it." My response and yours

should be : "NOT WHEN I'M PAYING YOU!" DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

- I went back to the RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES office for a refund but was told that

RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES does not write the FALSE descriptions of their "properties, " they

only give them to prospective renters---DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

- When I asked what service it was that RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES provides I was told that

RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES cannot force a landlord to call a renter, and that they do not

ensure or follow-up on transactions: RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES REPRESENTS THEMSELVES AS A

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY BUT THEY PROVIDE NO SERVICE TO EITHER LANDLORDS OR RENTERS---

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

- I was then told that I would not recieve a refund and was refused access to a supervisor.

It seemed very suspicious that the story I was told before I paid quickly changed once

I wanted it back for legitimate reasons: RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES is only a middleman profiting

on the need of the working and lower-classes to find affordable housing, THESE DAYS

ESPECIALLY--- DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

- I was actually impressed by how prepared the representatives of RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES

were for my justified outrage. They changed the subject, dodged questions and repeated

themselves over and over, always deffering to their policy and never allowing access

to a manager: RENTSANDIEGOPROPERTIES AND EVERYONE IN THEIR LINE OF WORK BELONGS IN THE

SAME CATEGORY OF HOME REFINANCING, DEBT CONSOLIDATION AND COLLECTIONS---THEY PROFIT ON

THE HARD TIMES OF OTHERS AND USE FEAR AND FALSE GUARANTEES TO FOOL HONEST PEOPLE---

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY-DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY-DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!!!
