They refused to pro-rate the $84.50 initial fee, though the plumber was only 15 minutes at my home. I asked the Management to work with me but to no avail. They installla toilet for 12.50 but the total was $97. Tax gets added for a grand total of $102.88 for just 15 minutes of work.
