dirty inside
We bought some replacement Windows a few years ago and one of them is dirty inside. very upset about that. What is my option ???

DRUG USE
after buying my windows, the installation manager came to measure the windows and smelled liked pot i think his name was clay something, but was courteous.
two months later my windows finally came in.they called to set install date on that day the installer arrived at 10:30 when i was told he would be there no later than 9:00. i keep looking out the window and they pulled up and a cloud of smoke came out of the truck and he came to the door and introduce himself as dewayne and reeked of pot.. they must not be a drug free company, beware i was very scared to have drug users at my house

I am writing to say how extremely pleased I am with the purchase of Castle’s replacement windows. The product is everything they said it would be. The installation was done when promised and the gentlemen who did the installation were courteous, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. I watched every step of the installation and I was confident I would not experience any trouble after the job was done. As I’m sure you are aware, we have experienced quite a bit of rain in the past few weeks. Thirteen rainy days in a row as a matter of fact. I am happy to report that I have not discovered any weaknesses or failures with any of the windows or doors that I purchased from them! I had to call for an adjustment to the patio door and Castle had someone out to handle it the very next day. Again I am very pleased with the product and am very happy to have been able to get to know this company. By the way the front door they helped us pick out was perfect for allowing the evening daylight to filter into the front hall lightening up the whole front of the house.

Horrible brown caulk around windows
About 6 months after I had replacement windows installed, I noticed the caulk across the bottom of the windows was turning brown. I called the owner to come out and look. It was always too late for her to come, she was on the other side of town, etc. Finally, I told her it made no difference how late as I have outside lights. She came after dark, ask for a cloth and cleaner and
tried to scrub it. Couldn't, then held her hands up, brought them down and asked if I knew dirt came DOWN. She said she "just got a bad batch of caulk." Bottom line, it was supposed to have clear silicon. This even can be seen from the street. I paid a healthy price (more than most companies) and she refuses to do anything. I can't even get her to call back.
Anybody thinking of using Mid-South Exteriors, email me and I will give you my address to look at my windows. I do not have the money to clean and redo.
I make very little money and was doing this to try to stay in my house. If anyone can help, please let me know.
