Refund never received
Ordered watch in January 2010. It was from their cheaper "Japanese movement" range. Very heavy, clunky and kept stopping, so I requested to exchange. Had to send to address in Moscow, Russia. The watch was sent from China, although this was supposed to be US company. Had to spend several months sending messages until they finally admitted that they received watch back. I believed them that their "Swiss movement" range is better quality so I shelled out more money to get TAG Grand Carrera replica. Afterit finally arrived it was very large and clunky, and it did not work at all. They demanded that I took it to local watch repair shop, which informed me that there were some screws inside which snapped and got caught in the mechanism, and told me that cannot repair and to send it back. After paying for postage to Moscow again, they were refusing to admit they received watch. After 3 months of messaging the support, they finally admitted that watch came back, and when I asked for refund they kept avoiding it in pigeon English. They kep repeating the same phrases which meant nothing, not even reading what I was saying. They occassionally asked in replies to give them my debit card details together with my security 3-digit number from back of the card, which I refused to give out. They have now closed the complaint on the website completely avoiding refund of my money. I recently saw that they had to change website address because US goverment is trying to prosecute them, but they are the same company, just different ending to webaddress. Let this be warning to everyone, they are proper scum and never buy anything from them. I am now some $480 lighter, I have no watch now for a year, and my only hope this will save somebody being robbed by these criminals like I was. I will continue pursuing them on their website, but I do not have high hopes.
