Warning ! Do not do business with this company unless you are a true gambler. I ordered a Tag Aquaracer Calibre 5 Automatic watch for $219 which was described with many pictures on their website along with description that only an expert can tell it was a replica, and the site also described the extensive water testing they do to as part of their quality control process. I was cautious and emailed back and forth asking questions several times and the company responded each time. When I placed the order, my Visa company immediately called to inform me that a "questionble" company in China was trying to bill me. (That was clue #1 I guess). A few days later I received an email from the Replicahaus informing me that their proven technique to ensure safe delivery through customs was to SMUGGLE the replica watch inside a childrens clock (That was clue #2). When the hidden contraband replica watch arrived, I had to use a screwdriver to get the watch out. And that's when the biggest surprise came... the watch WAS NOT THE WATCH I ORDERED|. It was a cheap, loose fit-together copy of the Aquaracer QUARTZ watch|. (Clue #3) I immediately contacted Replicahause and was assured that if I sent the watch back, I would receive a promt refund?. That was months ago and I never received my money back!. Please DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH REPLICAHAUSE - THEY ARE CROOKS ! These are NOT HONORABLE BUSINESS PEOPLE/. Please spread the word about Replicahause'. They misrepresent what they sell, they smuggle the watch through customs and then they do not honor their warranty claims?. MAY THEY RECEIVE WHAT THEY DESERVE !

BEWARE OF THIS MERCHANT!! They will not sell you what they post on their website. They send you a very cheap replica (doesn't even look like what you see in the website). The size and design of the watch is different from what you see and plan on purchasing on their website. The person that responds to your emails will be Alicia Jenson. A made up name or who knows. They respond to your emails before you make you submit your billing information. After your billing information is given, responses will slow. You will get something in the mail, if anything, but IT WILL NOT BE TO YOUR LIKING. Then they'll start to not respond to your emails for a refund. They'll say send it back for a refund and include tracking. You send it back following their specific instructions.

Purchased a watch from Replicahouse which came with a cloth band. When I received the watch, the band had loose stitching. I sent an email to Alica asking that the band be replaced. A week later I got a reply asking for pictures of the band. I sent the pictures. No reply for a week. I send another email asking why no reply. Four days later, I received another email from Alica asking for pictures to be sent. I sent the pictures again. One week later, I sent another email to Alica asking for status. Two days later, I received an email from Alica stating the the warranty had expired. It is now obvious that Alicia never had any intention of replacing the band. You will be as well off by throwing your money in the street as opposed to buying anything from Replicahause.

Somehow this company was able to use my name (Briansisley) and post an email saying the company replaced my broken watch and that I was happy...This is NOT the case, they haven't done anything to help me.

They did not replace my $500.00 watch they didn't respond to any emails the simply stole my money and there is nothing I can do...BELIEVE ME I TRIED" This company "replicahause is the biggest rippoff on the internet...BUYER BEWARE

Please people we work extremly hard for our money...before you consider buying from them donate your money to something that will not create the stress that I and many other good people have wen't through.
