This company may sell you a watch, but if something goes wrong, you will be lost. Thus, be very careful in dealing with them. It’s like gambling.
My story:
(1) Ordered a watch on June 13, 2010 for 475 Euro.
(2) Received the watch on June 28, 2010. The watch was the same (fake) brand, but a different model, not as shown on the website. Additionally, the whole assembly was twisted and the glass was not evenly mounted.
(3) Wrote back on the same day, and emailed pictures.
(4) On July 7, 2010 got a response: “I could have the watch replaced with a new piece, but it will look exactly like this.” (!!!) Obviously, the company was not able to ship all the watches pictured on their website. At least, they agreed to replace the watch.
(5) After several requests from my side, got finally on July 27, 2010 instructions how to send the watch back (the company’s website states that you need to ask for these instructions).
(6) Sent the watch back on August 6, 2010.
(7) Asked on September 6, 2010 if the watch has arrived.
(8) On October 11, 2010, the company wrote that the watch has never arrived.
(9) Filed for an investigation with the shipping company on October 11, 2010. The package had a tracking number.
(10) On January 20, 2011 received an official document from the post administration in Thailand that my package has been delivered to the company on September 9, 2010. Forwarded the document to the company.
(11) At this time my credit card was attacked twice. I don’t have proof that there is a connection, but who knows …
(12) After many emails to them without a response, got an email today: “Doesn't show it was signed by any of our staff . Your cheap threats of contacting Visa won't work . We too have our own procedures when dealing with banks over such cases”
(13) Well, will have to file a claim with VISA, as I don’t have money, neither a watch …
Please also note that communication with these guys is very difficult. You need to resend an email many times until you get a response.
Stay away from them.
