This is probably one of the most reliable buyers of high end watches. I have sold now four watches. The service and turnaround time from the time I shipped to the time the funds were transferred (via wire to my bank account) was a matter of hours. My concern regarding the safety of shipping an expensive watch is lessened by the fact that they pay for the insurance. I recommend Watch U Want for trading fine watches.

Over the past couple of months I have bought 3 Panerai watches from OJ at Watch U Want, and each time the experience has been excellent. On a personal level, OJ was also very helpful chatting through the specifications of each of the watches, and helping me make an informed choice. Once the wire transfer was complete, the watch arrived in the UK 2 days later. Shipping time
I order my watch and it has not come for two weeks. When I called, three people told me different stories until I finally got the truth that the watch had no even shipped until 10 days after billing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Overpriced shipping and takes way too long. The customer service is also terrible!
