Scam
Was told that I would get these leads, screened of course by Reply Real Estate almost before I got signed on I got some fake lead so that they could withdraw $54.00 from my account. It was as if they were holding this lead just for me. All Lead Services are no more than game players and we are the dumb ones for falling into their traps, because we sometimes grasp for straws to get business, PLEASE READ ALL THE SCAM REPORTS BEFORE SIGNING ON.

Fraud
Reply real estate is a SCAM. I cancelled after one week of bogus leads and spend more time requesting and arguing over replacements than selling real estate! They charged me for three leads all of which were invalid. They replaced them with 27 all of were also invalid. So I have received nothing and they continue to reiterate I signed the "contract" agreeing to pay for three leads. I think that was supposed to mean 3 VALID leads. Crooks. Cancelled my credit card and am disputing.

Reply Real Estate Leads lies to get their business. What they promote sounds very resonable...but they lie. Basically they say they will provide leads and you have the opportunity to see if they are really a lead. If you determine it is not a valid lead you will not be charged that lead. The lie is that they determine if it is a valid lead and charge you $55 for it and do not care if it is not a lead at all. They do not send leads. They send garbage. They want to charge for whatever they send you and then argue with you about why it is a lead no matter what. It is a horrible scam. I hope this keeps you from going there. I wish I would have checked it out before hand. If you are trapped in it, cancel your credit card immediately and look for a class actio suit to join.

Lead Generation Misrepresentation!
When I joined for a $5.00 fee I was told that I had a 3 day period to rescind the offer. I put a one time fee of $5.oo on my credit card. When I contacted the company the next day to cancel I was told that I could not cancel for 30 days & that I would be sent 5 - 7 leads a month at a charge of $55.00 each that would be charged to my credit card!! I never gave permission to charge anything other than $5.00 to my card.
I feel that I have been completely slammed !
They did cancel my account after much discussion on the phone last night however I still may be charged for 4 leads even though I wanted to cancel altogether.
These are terrible business practices and is completely misrepresented!
Do I have any options towards this company?

Bogus leads
What a joke. I purchased 15 leads from them the first 2 months i signed up and only was able to contact 2 people and those 2 were not even qaulified to buy a home. When I asked for a refund I was told "well you are deealing with internet customers". What the hell does that mean?? I do business all the time over the net. Just a bunch of Scam artists!!! Agents stay away from them.
