I was introduced by PE-based Jerry Watana to invest in repossessed property sold by Repopro to the public.Stefan Fourie was always available on the phone and email with me as we were entering a 'partnership'.Documents were exchanged which I never returned to him.I transferred R60 000 for the two VanderBijl properties not to be repossessed by the bank.Stefan came for a meeting in PE, Jerry was present.We discussed a franchise offer for which he promised to send me documents.I never received anything and reminded him until today.He made endless promises and sent nothing.He no longer answers my calls or emails.When I seek help from Jerry, he expresses his surprise at how Stefan is behaving.According to him, he has purchased properties via Stefan and all went well.He makes promises to help but never gets down to doing it.Stefan told me to ask Jerry about his son's condition, Jerry said he knows nothing.Are these two in another 'partnership'?What does a son have to do with business if any at all?The TELKOM number for his head office is not in use.I have smsed him that all I need is my R60000 and nothing more, still I got no response.All investors be warned about the current ripoff in SA.
