We got contacted by a "sales person" from this company telling us we had a bad reputation on this web site called Rip Off Report. Further inspecting their web site they "specialize" in removing results from web sites like Rip Off Report and this one.

So I'm thinking they place these type of complaints and false stories on web sites like these to get some form of long term Reputation Management solution contract.
