my account was debt without authorization

I intiallay order a trail size product from Res V Pro over the telephone I did not receive my trail order so I called back I was then mail a order. It was never spoken to me that I need to cancelled. I was told it I was interested in the product after using it that I could order more. My checking account was debted despite I did not authorize any additional product. I was told that the internet site state that you have to cancel before a date but my purchase was done over the phone.

policy and business ethics

This company has bad policy. They give you 10 days to cancel the sample, however it takes 14 days for bulk mail delivery to arrive, so your 10 days is over. Then your auto shipment starts. You have 30 days to return, when I placed my order(it is now changed to 40 days) however the by the time it arrives it beyond the 30 days. The catch is the return is based on the intial sample order, the date being the day you entered your credit card, not the time you recieved the product. They use Bulk mail shipping, so delivery time to your door step is slower, and unless you cancel before you recieve the product you can't return. So they keep your money and you are stuck. Also no packing slip, multiple company names on your credit card statement.
Sean the mgr ID#4845 says what he does is legal and they will continue. So buyers be ware, this is not a customer friendly company. Also they told me if I kept the product they would lower the price from $78.43 to $25.00 a bottle, a difference of $53.43 is that a rip off to sell a one and negotiate for another.
