I began working for reseda radiator in june 1st 2005. My salary was $600, two hundred in that will be paid in a payroll check and the other $400 were to be paid in cash or checks made out to my wife, myself or just made out to cash. After 6 months of working there i was informed that i get a week vacation per year i can either take a week off or get the week vacation paid. I never took a week off while i was working for reseda radiator, the first 2 years Gerald Mohr the owner of the shop paid me my weeks vacation (I have the check stubs for both the payroll checks and the checks made out to cash). On february 28th i gave Mr. Mohr my resignation and at that time i told him that i worked for him 6 years and he only paid me 2 weeks paid vacation, so he owed me 4 weeks, he also owed me the first weeks check and the last weeks check. He said to give him a couple of weeks to figure everything out. On March 11, 2011 he told me that he was ready for me to leave, gave me two envelopes that i thought were my checks, i took them home opened them and the only thing that was in there were the the payroll checks for $200. So he owes me 4 weeks paid vacation at $600 a week, $400 the first week and $400 for the last week. I have email him concerning the money owed and have not heard from him since i left.
