I responded to an ad on the AOL home page for a trial sample of product that offered health benefits, weight control, etc. It arrived in the mail and I used it foe several days, and called the company to cancel any further involvement with them. The clerk agreed. I was then charged the full mnonthly charge for my sample, never received another supply and was chargeds again for May. It is now early June and I have not received my charge card bill. My credit card company will not assist me because, although I canceled, I do not have a cencelation number. I have been trying to phone them but am kept on hold for nearly an hour each time and cannot get through.
