87.13 chg
I ordered a so called "free trial" on the internet and paid on my credit card a chg of 1.95 and 2.00 on 4/10 all ok for shipping handling I was told..I received the bottle... and then a chg of $87.13 appeared on my Visa on 4/29 and I called the company and was told due to the fact I did not cancel in 2 wks it was a membership chg and they could do nothing about it...I have been dealing with Capital One Visa since Apr...filling out forms, phone calls etc to the dispute dept and the fraud dept today to no avail...I am not printing and sending to Capital One copies of the numerous complaints re: this company Reservatrol Ultra and I better get satisfaction from Capital One...they keep saying I do not have the proper cancellation info etc. I am fed up as this is a scam for sure and I will never again purchase on line one of these so called offers. Capital One Visa should not be associated with this company...I would cancel my Visa but I was told I will lose my travel points...I will not pay this chg of $87.13

refund
Offered free trial-way way down at the bottom where you think there is nothing more written they inform you that auto ship will be in effect, when you return the product even if you get an RA # and return on time refund in not given as of one month later when you call they give you the song and dance that it will be sent and when you try to access them on the net they say you have the wrong user # or password which they sent you. Bad company to deal with b9598

Charge credit card automatically
The company offers a free trial if you pay shipping of 99 cents. No where on their main webpage does it say that if you don't cancel in 10 days you will be charged $87.13 for the bottle they sent you. Granted, it does say this in their terms and conditions, but you have to click on a tiny link at the bottom of the page in order to read it. These terms should be stated clearly on the ordering page. I guess what they are doing is legal, but isn't ethical. It is misleading to offer a bottle of their product for 99 cents, but not tell you up front you will be charged the full amount if you do not cancel in 10 days.

fraud
It's time to hurt this company. Go on to the 60 minutes website and have them tell this terrible website to take the 60 minutes clip off of their site.

I think that they will be pretty upset to see that they are using this for fraudelent purposes, ripping off Americans!!!

Non refund or shipment of product
I ordered the sample product understanding that I had to cancel within a certain time frame not to have automatic shipments and have my account charged. I called and cancelled and their rep told me I was within the cancellation period and no charge would be made to my account. My account was charged for the product and shipping anyway. I called back and was told my cancellation was not done in time by the second rep. Not only did they refuse to refund the the amount, I was charged extra and no product was sent. In essence, they kept the money and the product. Be sure to buy stock in this company, for their online scam is makingthem millions.

Unauthorized charges
After authorizing a "Free Trial" fee of $0.99 for a sample of Reservatrol Ultra, my credit card was charged $87.13. I have a copy of the invoice showing a charge of $87.13, a credit of $87.13 and a net charge of $0.99.
An internet search reveals FWM Labs has many unauthorized charge complaints from many customers which makes their behavior appear criminal in nature.
Threats of bringing suit seems the only thing that motivates them to reconcile their deplorable behavior and their arrogance toward unauthorized. Where is the Attorney General of Florida in not shutting them down for the criminal enterprise they appear to be.

scam
sent for free trial of this product with $1 shipping and handling - never received the sample but instead
received a full bottle of this stuff. I then got a call from Cal. asking me if I had ordered this and I said
ABSOLUTELY NOT but was still billed $87.13 on my cc. I've been calling to cancel but to no avail. I've
waited an hour on the phone several times and no one ever comes on the phone. I know they are going to
keep billing me but how do I get ahold of them????? Should I cancel my cc???
