I placed an order on 9/5/09 for the Reservatrol Ultra FREE TRIAL On the 9/16/09 I received a call from the company offering me the Biolabs Wrinkle releaser FREE TRIAL. I was informed at that time that I had 15 days from the 16th to cancel. I asked if the cancellation was for both of the Reservatrol Ultra and the Biolabs Wrinkle Releaser and she assurred me that it was. I waited 24 days for the Reservatrol and 13 days for the wrinkle releaser before canceling on 9/29/09 as I had not received the products, which was within the 15 and 30 day trial period. My account was charged $4.95 for shipping and handling when the order was placed, $49.95 on the 9/21/09 for the wrinkle releaser, $79.95 for Resevatrol Ultra on 9/28/09. Since I had cancelled the order I was surprised that my account had not been credited $129.90.
I called customer service and talked to a customer representative and asked why I did not get a refund? She said that I did not return the product to get a refund. I explained that I did not receive the items and had cancelled within the time frame and also that the web site said the items need not be returned and was told that the US Postal Service confirmed that it was delivered.
I asked to talk to a supervisor and was informed that there was none available and that someone would return my call which was done within 2 minutes.
I talked to Barbara who explained that my cancellation was for the Wrinkle Releaser ONLY, and not the Reservatrol even though I explained that the previous customer service representative that called on the 16th of September said that she would cancel both orders and since I did not receive the products my only option was to contact the US Postal Office and find them as they had conformation that delivery was made. I can not get a refund for the Reservatrol and the Wrinkle releaser because their computer is not SET UP to ALLOW them to do refunds. I think this is ridiculous. They say they will refund if you are not satisfied, then say the computer is not SET UP TO ALLOW refunds. Which is it?
So, unless the Postal Service can find my order (which I really doubt) I am out $129.90 and the products which totals $259.80. Know that I will NEVER, EVER order any product from this company again and will tell everyone I know not to order anything either.
This company needs to revise their policy or they will go out of business.
