On 11/17/09 I called the Dominos situated here locally in Norwood at 1023 Washington Street, Norwood, MA that we have suggested and used for our guests at numerous occasions and Today upon making the call at 12:30pm and in speaking with Mike I was assured that the food would be here in 30 minute. I called back with concern at 1:20pm now over 50+ minutes later and was told that we DO NOT GAURANTEE 30 minute service by MIKE, who needless to say has limited to NO CUSTOMER SERVIER experience stated to argue with me and told me that the driver had car trouble, and when asked why was a call not placed to me was told abrupt that "I am too BUSY and Don’t have time for that" . I too work in customer service and when you have come to know of a brand and its consistence, some expected courtesy come with it.. I asked for the manager on duty and MIKE stated that he was the one running the show and did not share any information with me and hung up abruptly... I/We WILL NOT RECOMMNED ANY MORE BUSINESS TO THEM IN THE FUTURE... I/We would not want my guest to be treated so poorly like the way me and my staff was by MIKE... You have lost out on BIG BUSINESS opportunities with the Marriott and our hotel in particular….! Now its about 1:30pm and the food is still not here…!
