Here in south florida beware of oscar saveedra. This a "broker" who will scam his way through saying he's got you approved just give him cash so he can speed thing along to get you your loan. You never get your loan. He says him money is "frozen" over 500,oo dollars just give him a week. he takes your money and blames you for being impatient and asking where your money is. Then won't return phone calls. You will be left homeless. He personally takes your money claiming to deposit it for you saying 'trust me". You ask for receipt the printer doesn't work he says he will mail it does not. takes your money to afford his lifestyle. He is wanted for mortgage fraud. beware. don't give him your money please. I was scamed just putting out the warning for a closing that never happens.
