Told him no I've had trouble with his company and he started yelling at me.Told me I had to renew on line I told him I've never been able to get on line and they did it for me the last time. When I tried to ask how he told me I lied to him then if I'm now asking how to do it and kept telling me I lied to him and when I did try to talk to him he kept saying I was yelling at him and hung up on me! I called back and he kept telling me I was trying to start a fight and hung up agian. This is a supervisor!

Tellin you They HAVE A BUYER
These people contacted me telling me they had a BUYER for my timeshare that i had listed with another place called our timeshare sold which apparently was not selling it. So these people told me in order to sell the timeshare i would have to pay closing fees! of $2, 050.00! ok Where would i get this money from. i have no money at all. So then they tell me in order to sell it i had to be placed in their system.. ok which means list my property with them..but do not worry.. as soon as they list it it will be marked sold because there buyer is locked in... with a buyer broker locked in agreement. I have to go through a "system" read script which states i was NOT TOLD I HAD A BUYER... weird and this is recorded. yeah scarey.. but reassured buy the same TWO poeple who contacted me first that it was all part of protocal and they had a buyer.. it was part of being put in the sytem. once your in the sytem your money goes to closing fees and pulling your deed and well there individual numbers once you pay the 2, 050 which i desperately borrowed from my mother... those numbers joined to become an individual voice mail of the "Closing Coodinators" number and two weeks later that little signed agreement turns out that promise of no matter what you can get your "escrowed" money back.. was no longer good and no one will or had returned your call and you just re listed your proerty with another company for $2, 050.00... can you believe it...

Fraudulent Sales Offer
Be very careful w/ this company.
I was contacted by Micheal Dean, who claims to be w/ the finance division of the company.
He will tell you about coaching his child's sports teams, that he makes $311, 000/yr and doesn't care about the sale.
He'll tell you "If I were president for a day, I'd have a timeshare czar". He does a very good job of making you his friend.
So, I get a call saying they have a buyer for my timeshare. In this case, it was William and Susan Benitz (405-762-3717) from Oklahoma.
Mr. Dean claimed that Mrs. Benitz is a teacher w/ 3 children and that they have deposited $4, 500.
He'll tell you that he must return the money to them if he doesn't complete the sale within 48 hours (he also said 72, so not sure which is correct).
Mrs. Benitz actually called me. The odd thing is that her kids were making all kinds of noise in the background, but none of it seemed to bother her. I honestly feel that the sound was canned (just a gut feeling).
She asked a bunch of questions that were easily answered on the timeshare's website. Things like Wi-Fi and pets.
I asked to speak w/ her husband (who was handling 'things') but never heard back from him.
Mrs. Benitz immediately called Mr. Dean who called and harassed me about calling her. I explained to him that the only thing I wanted was a contract or term of sale to read.
He kept asking for a credit card number which I refused to give him.
He insisted that he was helping me out b/c my timeshare is listed on a MLS site that I have no knowledge or documentation b/c "by Texas law, he can't sell a property listed in MLS".
When I asked for the details of the listing, he said that sales had to do that.
When I asked for the contract, he claimed that came from another department.
All in all, a very frustrating experience and huge waste of time.
I would be very careful dealing with them.
Good luck.
