failure to refund

was contacted on june 1st by darryl solomon and given the smooth pitch about listing my timeshare with resort tour intl. told me all about creative vacation solutions going out of business, how they could help me recover those payments and yadda yadda yadda. they emailed me contract and took my credit card # which was charged within 24 hours. on june 10th i called him (got his voicemail of course) and stated in no uncertain terms i was cancelling out and to refund the amount. called him again on june 23rd (again voice mail) and repeated the demand to refund the amount. to date nothing has occured. will be contacting florida attorney general against this company. just another timeshare scam - DONT FALL FOR IT

Who ever does business with this ex-crack head beware of his past.
