If I were you I would never deal with triad international and resort villa. They falsify information and when you try to speak to someone in customer service they are very rude and do not accomadating at all.

I would discourage anyone who wants to buy timeshare with company. They falsify information and coerce you into buying.

Once you are contract bound not one sigle person I ever dealt with took the extra mile to help you.
Like I said they are very disrespectful and just don’t care about the consumer.

I have never complained before and I am quite a patient person but this company is not at all professioal and definitly deserve a consumers complaint.
