1. The software claims to work with all browsers] but it does not.
2. Offers "prompt refund" on it's website - but the company never responds
3. The company uses a 'mail-drop' for it's company address and only a fax number
After numerous emails [complying exact with their requirements for issuing a refund] within 1 hour of purchase - zero response. No email, nothing.
The software price is supposed to be $ 29.95, I got charged $42.14 through RegNow and RegNow refuses to help. Only refers back to the merchant.
The software also freezes [I have a brand new computer with nothing that would interfere with the operation of any software].
My emails to them got delivered because I requested a delivery receipt. So, they are aware of this but do nothing. Not even the courtesy of a response.
Bad business practice.
