I don't know what can be done or if anything can be done about this.

I was just released from this company after only being there in training for three weeks for reason that are unclear to me.

It was stated that I had violated some rules that I was not aware that existed, I was not properly corrected in the proper way
nor given an oppertunity to correct myself. I did speak with the right people when the incidents occured. First being the training manager I was training under, and second the district manager James Henry. At the time i spoke with them I was not told that I had did anything wrong. Now the reason that i was told that I was being let go was this... the district was informed that i had two hostile arguments with two employees regarding procedures, which by the way the gm was in the resturaunt at the time; and told me I had did or said nothing wrong in correcting the procedure being done wrong. The other was that an employee was speaking in an abusive way to the other employees and I took her to the side and spoke with her concerning this issue, she then got upset because I being a manager being trained had no right to correct her in anything and started cursing and yelling. The other manager Patric and myself spoke on what to do and it was decided to allow the GM of the store to handle it. Today 6-3-09 as I was reporting for shift duty I was pulled to the side and was told that I was being let go because of the two incidents that occurred, and that it was told to him that I had been putting my hands on other employees. I only been training there now for 3 weeks, so to put my hands on employees would have stupid on my behalf. But the issue is with this employee Dedra that works for DOC also comes to the job with this prison attitude speaking in the same manner that she would while at the prison there at burger king.

So there is my complaint regarding this problem I hope you can help in some way so that this that was done so easily can't
continue to be done just because this is a female dominate store.
