We are the family of Sharon Yaeger. Our Mom had a mental breakdown in November 2010. After much prodding and listening and crying, we finally got Mom to talk about this thing that has taken over her life. There was nothing left of her mentally. We would look in those beautiful blue eyes of hers and nothing looked back. We just had to give her constant tender loving care and make her believe that whatever this program that she bought, was not worth ruining her life over. It has ruined her financially, as her credit rating (which was 800 before she did this program) has just plummeted because her credit cards are maxed out and she can only make a small payment on them. That is all thanks to a representative of Resultzzs, a Mr Curtis Strong.
Bless her heart though, she kept every detail of this program that she bought starting on the 19th of June 2009, to the last session that she had with someone @ VisonLe called Ariane Johnson.
She has all the names and all the worries that started taking place on the 22nd of June 2009, when the person that had sold her the program, Mr. Curtis Strong, told her that he would help her get a 0% interest loan and that would take care of the credit card charges. Well, as it turned out it was simply applying for another credit card. In her notes she says that the credit card application called for a W-2, which she did not have, so Mr. Strong told her to put down that she was self-employed and that would take care of it. She also notes that application required 3 years of income tax returns. Our Mom has not had to file tax returns for 4 years, which she had shared with Mr. Strong. We were able to find the contract that had been digitally signed. She had kept telling us that it guaranteed her to get back her initial investment. It states that she should be able to get it back in 6 months or however long it takes. And it states that she would be receiving 6500 pay per clicks for the $21, 300.00 that she invested in this program. Her notes also say that Mr. Strong assured her that just those 6500 things would return her investment all by itself.
A lot of her notes contain information about building the website. We talked her into letting us see the website, Leftys Pro Shop. Of course, she warned us that it was the most RIDICULOUS website that we would ever see. She was not far from wrong there. Our Mom won't live long enough to realize any more than the $8.64 in commission that she now has, and that has been over a year.
Mom notes that she tried to get out of this program that she had charged to her credit cards. After not being able to get the 0% credit card loan, she calls Mr. Curtis Strong and tells him about her anxiety about purchasing this program. She notes that this probably will not work. He assures her she says in her notes that everything will be alright, and he will take care of the credit card application. She has his extension # in her notes, and says that when she calls the next day, Mr. Curtis Strong is no longer at that extension. She panics because she has 3 days to turn this thing down. She notes also that she called the toll free number, and was never able to talk to a real live person. Her notes say that there were different choices, one of them being the Elite team, of which Mr. Strong supposedly was a part of. She was never able to talk to any person including Mr. Strong to be able to back out of this program!!! She had 3 days and was never able to deal with anyone to stop this program. Consequently her life was going to be a living HELL from that day forward. Mr. Strong was never available again for Mom to talk to. All through her notes, she has the days that she had tried to contact Mr. Strong. As we are going through her notes, our hearts just break for her. This Mr. Strong had convinced her that she could actually write a story about her life, because it has had so many ups and downs in it. He told her it was so fascinating and she should share it in a website, and that it would have much success. She shared so much of her life with that man, and we are sure that this Mr. Strong went home on Friday the 19th of June in 2009 and just had a grand old laugh about how he had just convinced an older lady to give up her money for a program that he knows will never produce any good results. We just wonder how many other older people that this person took advantage of. Mom makes note of Mr. Strong saying that most of his clients are older women. To think that this man preys upon older people just makes us sick.
If Mr. Strong was not bad enough, she encountered Mr. Jeremy Wright. Now she is so desperate that when he tells her that he is more or less the main man in the company, and for a mere $995.00 he had more that 3, 000, 000 e-mails that he could promote her website to. And of course in her notes she also has his extension #, and you probably guessed it. She was never able to talk to Mr. Wright again. As we go through her notes, we can assure you that we despise everything and everyone involved in this program. We only wish that we could undo all of this and get her money back for her.
We are still trying to wrap our minds around what Mom got for $21, 300.00 and an additional $995.00. Mom notes that when she tried to get a copy of her digital contract that she signed, the individual that she talked to said that program that she bought did not even exist anymore Now that was only three or four months into this thing.
She beats up on herself all the time about having given her money to complete strangers instead of to us kids. Now mind you, she has given us way more than enough as far as the monetary thing, but you can not imagine how much love that she has given her entire family over her 68 years on this earth. Mom has the very best morals a person can have. She has a special rapport with each of us kids, and she is also very close to each of the grandkids which is quite an accomplishment when you look around and see that a lot of grandkids don’t spend any time with the grandparents. That is not the case here. Each of the grandkids reaches out to Mom, whether it is for advice or just to spend time with them. When she lost her grandson two years ago, we were all so devastated by the loss of Hunter. Through all of our grief, there was our Mom, who once again came to our rescue, and assured us all that we were going to be okay. We have endured lots of tough days, but being such a close family, we help each other through those days. Always remembering the wonderful memories that we have of our Dad and Hunter, which is a lesson that Mom give each of us. Always think happy thoughts on a sad day.
Now we are reminding Mom daily about all of the good things that she has taught all of us. It is a difficult thing to see this beautiful person being consumed by all of this. We will spend the rest of our lives to get our Mom back the way she was before she made that dreaded phone call on June 19th, 2009 to Mr. Curtis Strong.
Now that we know about her predicament, we will help her get back on her feet. We just wish we had known about this a long time ago. She was just too embarrassed to share this with any of us. It just eats her up to think she actually believed that person when he told her that she would have no problem in getting her investment back. She mentions in her notes, that Mr. Strong had encouraged her to get the whole family involved in this program, because there was going to be so much money made. We just wonder if Mr. Strong had the $21, 300.00 in mind for each of us.
We just find it revolting to think that there are malicious people like Mr. Strong and Mr. Wright that take advantage of people like our Mom.
All we can say is “SHAME ON THE PEOPLE WHO DID THIS TO A BEAUTIFUL LADY THAT WE ARE PRIVILEGED TO CALL OUR MOM”!!!
