There is a large rip- off perpetrated by Dr. Oz and OPRAH SHOULD BE REPORTED TO THE U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL.
I've had the same experience as everyone else with ResV Pro and Res Pure and Acai Pure.
1. There is no disclosure of price for any subscription before they send you a trial bottle of ResV. You don't even know that you're signing up for a subscription. I just wanted a trial bottle. That's what a trial bottle is, not a subscription.
2. There is no honoring of any return policy
3. They do not take product back - they make post office return it to you. It's difficult to get a cancellation number on your account. You have to call 4-5 times to try to cancel the product. They keep sending bottle after bottle of the product that you don't want.
4. They refuse to remove charges from your credit card.
5. They tell you to email them for a return number and never respond to email. They keep you on hold for hours and never answer you while you are on hold. You never get an operator.Their address is not posted on the bottles.

If Oprah and DR. oz ARE GETTING KICKBACKS FROM THIS SCAM, THEY SHOULD GO TO JAIL.

ARE THEY SO DESPERATE TO MAKE A BUCK.
ABC-TV SHOULD BE MADE AWARE OF THESE SCAMS by OPRAH..

I will close my credit card and will dispute these fraudulent charges.
