ORDERED A SAMPLE FOR THE PRICE OF SHIPPING 3.48 AND NOW I KEEP KETTING BOTH THE SMILE BRITE 92.50 AND THE RESV PURE EACH MONTH. I TOLD THEM TO STOP NOW THEY DISAPPEAREARE FROM THE WEB AND THESE BOGUS PRODUCTS KEEP COMING AND I KEEP GETTING CHARGED. WHAT CAN I DO? I ALREADY NOTIFYED MY BANK.

I also tried the "FREE" trial offer and scrutinized the website to see if I had to order additional product. When I couldn't find any information about additional purchases or pricing or anything, I submitted my order. Received the trial size within about a week and also got charged the $85.+ charge for the next shipment and $25.43 also for God only knows what. I got my bank to take these charges off and they did so in August. Pulled up my bank statement last night and guess what? The bank reversed their reverse charge and I was charged by these thieves a second time!!! What is it going to take to get this to stop? Do we have to contact the Attorney General's office to get these scam artists investigated? Did I happen to mention that they haven't sent any more product to me? They just keep charging my account. Last time I checked that was THEFT! Do not do business with these people. EVER!

I ordered resV Pure and canceled any further shipments of their product. What I didn't know was they charge you $5.95 per month for what they call a health (care of watch) online subscription. The odd thing is they charged my account under a different name each month.
The names include Skinni, Heart Health, Live Thin, Res V Twist, Res V Pills. When I asked the customer service rep why the different names, she had no valid reason. I didn't notice the charge initially because of the different names and they refused to refund the money even though I never even went onto their website after canceling future shipments of product.

I recieved a free trial offer of resv pure, had a reaction to the product and I have tried several times to cancel, they say they will email you back within 48 hours, they never get back with you. I want to cancel and return this product. Thank you for any help. [email protected] Cust ID 3949641

I did not enter into any subscription home delivery plan. I opened the bottle when rec'd, popped 2 pills and decided my daily glass of red was my chosen wellness supplement. No trial period was ever mentioned and I assumed a further order would be my decision, not automatic. In early August a po pkge arrived which I refused, unopened, "not ordered, return to sender". I immediately emailed company, 8/10, advising pkge return, stating that no charge should be placed on my c.c. They emailed cancellation #6898111. Then my AX statement arrives with 7/17 charge of $85.26 and another $85.26 charge on 7/23. I complained and under duress they credited one $85.26 charge. So now, it will cost me $85.26 for a foolish mistake. Others beware!
