undisclosed ingredients
For a little more than $10 I can buy a month's supply of Resveratrol 100mg tablets. ResV Pure sells a concoction containing 40mg of Resveratrol along with 120 mg of Caffeine Anhydrous (an appetite supressant) for $85 per month! A total ripoff! I am disgusted that Dr. Oz and Barbara Walters are peddling this stuff. The company practices an extremely deceptive way of marketing by placing the terms and conditions in small print and you have to very carefully read it to understand that you will be automatically billed the $85 when you think you are paying $3.58 for shipping for a free sample. The ingredients are difficult to find on the website and I would have never ordered it if I'd known what is in it. In fact, I have not opened it. I'm the fool - the experience cost me $85! Shame on Dr. Oz. Shame on Rachel Ray. Shame on Barbara Walters.

Unauthorized Billing
I was invited to a free sample to try out for 30 days with no commitments. On 5/26/09 I was charged unknowingly $85.26 on my credit card. I neither authorized this nor ordered more product. I can find no contact information to call or email them. I want this stopped immediately and need your help before I'm charged again.

my doctor will not let me take pills, I had cancer.
I must cancel my automatic order of resV Pure due to my physician, who instructed me not to take this drug. I have had cancer. I would appreciate your respect in honoring my request. Otherwise, I will cancel my credit card.

unauthorized charges
this month, may 2009, i saw dr. oz pitching resverol on a sidebar, clicked on it, watched some tv segments - barnara walters, etc - and agreed to pay shipping charges for a free sample. when it arrived my wife seemed interested so i went back out to what was a different ad and ordered her a free sample.
a few days later i get a bigger bottle of resV Pure. then she gets 2 bottles, RezV and resveratrol ultra, both full sized.
we check our credit card and find charges of $3.95 (expected) and $85.26! for resV pure and $5.95 (expected) and $87.13 and $89.99 !!!
reading the other complaints i can see i'm in for a long hassle trying to get my money back.

charges billed to credit card
I ordered a bottle of ResVPure as noted on CBS web site. I was to be charged 3.95 and when my credit card statement came it was $85.26. I called the company and they told me it was a 10 day trial and you had to return the full bottle unopened. I did not see this on the web site. I asked to spak to a supervisor and the young man "Sawyer" said he had no one for me to talk with. I asked for another supervisor and he said he had no one available. I asked what kind of company would do business without a supervisor available for customers and he just said there was no one there, that I may have to wait for awhile because he didn't know where he was . You could tell he was trying to keep anyone for asking for a supervisor. This company certainly has a poor way of doing business. I am going to write a letter but I am sure to no avail. I wonder if CBS knows the way they operate. they recommended this product.

rip off
Ordered my "free bottle" for $3.58 and it was delivered 10 days later Tried it and it made me sick so I cancelled immediately and I was charged another $85.26. When I went to complain I was told that if I had read the terms and conditions I would have seen that I had 10 days from the time I ordered to cancel. I said I would call my bank and have them charged back and the customer service agent told me to go ahead and try. Well when I called my bank they said there was nothing they could do. What a scam...

sent without my authorization
I ordered a free sample, and the company proceded to send 2 more bottles one month apart with a charge of $85.26 each. I never ordered it, and have not opened. I would like to know where to return it, and to get a refund to my charge account. I also had a finance chaqrge of $2.72

Unauthorized Withdrawal
I was introduced to this product through the CNN website. Once I clicked on the information link and was routed to the ResvPure website it had a trial offer for $3.58. So, I accepted the offer just to try the product. Once I submitted my information the wesite immediately requested for me to try other products made by the same company for only $2.58 a sample. I looke over everything carefully (the fine print) and did not see anything that would bind me to any orders in the future. Once the transaction was complete, I printed off my receipt with my confirmation number. The receipt stated that my order would ship within 48 hours and was ordered on April 24, 2009. I received my shipment 2 weeks later containing 10 capsules, hence sample. Within 2 days I received another shipment containing 60 capsules of ResvPure. On May 6, 2009 I had a payment to ResvPure.com posted to my credit card in the amount of $85.26. I have submitted a dispute with my credit card company and have been unable to contact the Wie Health comapny. The phone numbers that I have for them have been either disconnected or I receive a recording advising me that I have reached the comapny outside of their normal business hours. Do not trust this company with your information. I have yet to get my money back.

Can't stop subject co. taking mony out of my Acc.
Online add for Free diet pills of 10 each and paid shipping, Received pills, but the company sent another 60 day supply with out my concent and charged my acct. $75 for a 30 day supply that I could not stop or ask for. I tryed to get them of the phone and did not get any answer. They said in very fine print that you have to let them know you don't want them with in 10 days, But you can't contact them in any way. Unauthorized billing to credit card
I ordered a trial supply of resV Pure along with two other trial supply products. I received the items I ordered seven day ago. I also received another package containing resV Pure. It was a full bottle. Tonight I decided to check further about this product and all I found so far were more advertisements. I happen to click on complaints -- read your notes -- check credit card on line -- and I too had the same amount CHARGED to my card. I talked to my credit card personnel right away. I'm sending this product BACK. Anyone who chooses to practice this kind of deception is QUESTIONABLE!
